In the revolving door that is Kate Hudson’s love life she must have found something she liked in athletes because she has chosen another one. This time she is dating Baron Davis. Baron, who I think is in business with Cash Warren has been apparently been getting busy with Kate over the past few weeks. According to Star they have been hanging all over each other everytime they go out and always end up back at Baron’s place at the end of the night.

Baron currently plays for the LA Clippers and is a childhood friend of Kate. Those are always the best aren’t they? You find someone you haven’t seen in awhile and the next thing you know the person you were playing doctor with at five is screaming out your name and singing Black Crowes tunes while you do it.

Now that they have been going out for two weeks, Kate will probably introduce Baron to the family and announce their engagement sometime in the next week. If she was so desperate to get married again, I don’t know why she didn’t stay with Chris Robinson. Oh, that’s right, he couldn’t stand her.

Who knew the virus that Kathy Hilton started, would spread to others? Well, it is catching faster than a raging case of herpes. According to the NY Post, Kate Hudson suffers from an extreme case of everyday people-itis. There is really no known cure except to have your career tumble into a downward spiral. Hey, with Kate, that really should not take too long. Apparently when Kate Hudson attended the Rachel Zoe party for her new television show, Kate Hudson had to get into an elevator with people who have regular jobs. The fact that she had to be in a confined space with so many people dependent on a paycheck threw Kate into a frenzy and she exclaimed, “I’m freaking out. It’s too much.” Now, it could be possible that this was not about Kate and the everyday people. I mean it could have been they were playing “Hard To Handle” in Muzak form and it just freaked her the hell out. Or, perhaps it could have been an elevator that had a television and she was forced to view a Lance Armstrong cancer PSA, or even worse a few minutes from one of her own films. “Dane Cook to the set please.”

Upon arriving at her destination on the roof, Kate immediately began shoving people off so she could have the roof to herself. Claiming that the people would be better off dead anyway and they were a thorn on the side of society, she then made a beeline for a corner of the party where she demanded a body guard. Whether to protect herself from possible retribution from those she just thrust to her death, or because she simply was afraid of being talked to by someone who might confuse her with a nobody, no one really knows.

Kate did brighten up when Kevin Connolly came by and said, “hi.” Thinking that he might be worth a few headlines she immediately offered to be his girlfriend and they could meet Goldie and Kurt the next week and see about getting married. Yeah, I don’t know, but whatever she said, Kevin stayed approximately five seconds.

Ahhh, good times. Kate was then whisked out of the building and sanitized for her protection.

Kate Hudson’s hot head of hair has gotten her into one explosive legal mess.

In June, the “Fool’s Gold” starlet created and launched her own line of hair-care products alongside her longtime celeb stylist David Babaii, entitled David Babaii for WildAid. The eco-friendly collection of shampoos and other styling aids boasts a unique key ingredient, volcanic ash — but perhaps this isn’t so unique after all.

The company 220 Laboratories Inc. filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday against Hudson, Babaii and their manufacturer, Universal, for 17 offenses, including the misappropriation of trade secrets, fraud and breach of contract and confidence.

David Babaii for WildAid defended its product in an e-mail to Pop Tarts:

“We stand by our actions during the research and development process of the David Babaii for WildAid hair care line and believe that 220 Laboratories’ allegations are baseless and without any merit. If we are formally served with the complaint, we will vigorously defend this claim,” a rep for the company said.

220 Laboratories says it was the only supplier of volcanic ash in the USA and that it entered an “oral contract” with the Tinseltown twosome in August 2006 to develop and manufacture hair products. The company says it revealed their “confidential” ingredient list to Hudson and Babaii in November, and that the duo then took the ash samples and shopped around to find a cheaper deal.

220 Laboratories claims Hudson and Babaii even used promotional footage of the 220 team collecting ash in Vanuatu to promote their products after signing up with Universal.

Kate and her hair-care crew have been labeled “willful and malicious” by the plaintiffs, who are suing for an unspecified amount to include special damages and attorneys’ fees as well as an injunction against competitors’ use of their products.

According to Star Magazine, Kate has been calling Owen Wilson and trying to reel him back in for some sport fishing. You know, just in case he would like to be crushed again.

Star says that Owen was frosty to the idea at first. Oh, not because she has beaten him down and broken him or even possibly was the result of his suicide attempt. No, the reason he was frosty was that she had been doing one of his best friends. Well, Kate managed to skate right through that one, and Owen did his awww shucks thing and now they are talking on the phone.

Now, we all know that talking leads to coffee which leads to dating which leads to Owen getting stepped on again when Kate takes a shine to some other guy that Owen is close to. I would say a brother, but she probably knows to stay well clear of their path. If you are Owen, you need to stick with that woman you were hanging out at the beach with last week, or go smoke with Woody or do something other than getting back together with Kate Hudson. If he ends up with her again, he needs to turn in his man card and go sit next to Zav Efron in the Ryan Seacrest Room watching Scarface on a continuous loop until he is healed.

In an interview with W Magazine, the “Bride Wars” actress sounded off on her new film and her past marriage to Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson.

She gushed about her ex, though she kept mum on the subject of recent relationships.

“We can talk about Chris till the dogs come home,” she said. “I married Chris, I had a baby with Chris, Chris will be in my life for the rest of my life. But everything else — I’ve learned that things are better left private until you’re actually planning the wedding.”

And though their romance is over, Kate said she and Chris talk regularly.

“We iChat with Chris constantly,” she added. “No matter what is going on in my life, relationship-wise, Chris takes absolute precedence. It’s important for Ryder to hear me say how wonderful Chris is, and how much Chris misses him.”

It’s son Ryder, 4, who’s the real love of her life. A young mom, Kate doesn’t regret choosing him over Young Hollywood nightlife.

“Am I gonna look back and say, ‘God, I wish I could have gone to that… that… concert?’” she said. “I’d rather be listening to my son sing songs. I’d rather be watching him sleep.”

Though she makes her share of tabloid appearances, it’s the world of weddings that she can’t seem to escape from. Her new film, “Bride Wars,” finds her at odds with Anne Hathaway, with the actresses playing two friends who schedule their weddings on the same day.

“I play the classic extrovert, and she’s the classic introvert,” Kate said. “She sort of goes with the flow, gets a bit walked over sometimes, while I’m that got-it-all-figured-out, everything-needs-to-be-done-my-way, take-care-of-everything type. And that’s kind of how we are.”

The women bonded on set over an obsession with The Knot, a marriage magazine and Web site, she added.

But as for Kate’s own love life, with the actress now reportedly single, following a brief courtship with Lance Armstrong, does she expect to hear wedding bells at any point in the future?

“Every girl wants a fairy-tale ending,” Kate said. “And I believe it’s possible. Absolutely.”

Kate Hudson and Lance Armstrong called it quits this weekend after a three-month romance that went public when they were spotted in Austin, Texas in mid-May, Usmagazine.com exclusively reports.

“There was no drama or ugliness – They just decided to end things,” a source close to the couple tells Us. “There is no hatred, just sadness.”

The pair quickly became inseparable with sightings of them in Austin, New York and Los Angeles – though both dodged questions about their relationship.

In the short time they were together, the 29-year-old actress was seen with the 36-year-old cyclist at many of his races and events, including his three-day Lance Armstrong Livestrong Summit in Columbus, Ohio this past weekend.

It was at the conference that Hudson and Armstrong decided to go their separate ways, a source tells Us.

Each had introduced the other to family. Hudson’s mom Goldie Hawn gave what seemed to be her approval at a July 1 lunch at The Ivy at the Shore. Also, Hudson’s four-year-old son Ryder went to a Father’s Day brunch with Armstrong — and dad Chris Robinson – in June.

A rep for Armstrong had no comment while a rep for Hudson could not be reached.

Jaywalking is a term used to describe when a pedestrian crosses the street outside designated crossing areas which is a violation of pedestrian traffic regulations and laws, and is therefore illegal. The paparazzi stood across the street.

Lance Armstrong and Kate Hudson have already spent time with each other’s kids. On Tuesday, the couple kept their relationship all in the family by hanging out with her mother.

Casually dressed in a gray Nike T-shirt and matching pants, the cycling champ, along with Hudson and her mom, actress Goldie Hawn, met for a late lunch Tuesday afternoon at Ivy at the Shore in Santa Monica, Calif.

The trio, along with an unidentified male, arrived just before 2 p.m. They got some privacy from fellow diners and the throng of paparazzi camped out front by sitting on the patio at the back of the beachside restaurant.

“They looked like they were having a great time and enjoying each other’s company,” says an onlooker. “Goldie was all smiles. Lance was sitting next to her and they were chatting while Kate was laughing. They were all just really happy.”

A tanned Hudson, wearing a long turquoise halter dress, sat on the other side of her beau during the intimate lunch. At the end of the meal, the group left together through the front entrance.
