“It’ll be my first time [wearing a kilt],” the “Gossip Girl” star-turned-runway model told us on the red carpet for M2’s “Dressed to Kilt” fashion show. “But I’m gonna be shy and wear my underwear.”

Later, the onscreen bad boy’s nerves were on display as he prepared for the Pink Elephant event. “I’m going to get smashed after doing this,” he told a pal - then stripped to his skivvies in the corner to change into his kilt. Post-show, Westwick dropped trou again and smooched girlfriend Jessica Szohr.

Also wearing her finest undergarments was “Real Housewives of New York” star Alex McCord, whose hubby, Simon Van Kampen, lifted up her dress to reveal a white thong. “I’m glad you’re wearing underwear,” he said, provoking his missus to laugh, “Tonight, at least!”

Kelly Rutherford says she twice called the police on estranged husband Daniel Giersch recently, adding the German entrepreneur frightened her and yelled at her within inches of her face, court documents reveal.

The couple have been mired in an increasingly nasty divorce and are battling over the welfare of their son, Hermes, 2. Rutherford, 40, is four months pregnant with their second child, a daughter.

The first time Rutherford called police occurred when the couple were staying at the Wales Hotel in New York “because [he] kept yelling at me in front of Hermes, and threatening that he was going to take Hermes,” she said in the Jan. 16 court filing. “[He] kept saying that I was ‘going to learn,’ and that he was ‘going to teach [me] a lesson.’”

She adds that Giersch is “an avid boxer and a kickboxer, and I am intimidated by him.”

About one or two months later in Los Angeles, Giersch “had cornered me and come within inches of my face. He would not back away,” Rutherford claims in the court papers. “I was crying and [he] was yelling at me. I remember [him] again saying that I was ‘going to learn’ and he was again threatening to take Hermes away.’”

Both times the police asked Giersch, 34, to leave, and apparently no arrests were made, according to documents.

In response to the new court filing, Giersch released a statement to PEOPLE through his lawyer, Fahi Takesh Hallin. “I don’t want to comment because all of these accusations from Kelly are false and are intended to damage my reputation,” says the statement. “I am solely seeking what is in our children’s best interest.”

Rutherford’s attorney, Lance Spiegel, has a policy not to comment to media. Lawyers for both sides are due Wednesday in a Santa Monica, Calif., court.

Rutherford is seeking to ban Giersch from traveling outside the U.S. with Hermes as well as seeking permission to take the child with her to New York until March, when the current season of Gossip Girl completes filming.

Giersch, meanwhile, has asserted that her stressful working conditions have been detrimental to their child, that she is the one with anger issues, and that he has been Hermes’s primary caretaker all along – all of which she disputes.

I think before this goes any further, all of you need to know I am a big fan of breast feeding. I believe in it and support it and think that if possible children should be breast fed until they are six months. I know many people cannot do it for whatever reason such as work or an inability to do so and that is fine as well. I’m not judging and don’t think you are a bad parent if you don’t. The point of all this is that Gossip Girl actress Kelly Rutherford gave an interview to US Weekly in which she says she is still breast feeding her 2 year old son and is about to give birth to a second child this summer. She says she loves breast feeding her son and that many cultures do it until the baby is five years old. She plans on doing it with her son until it doesn’t feel right anymore. OK, just because some cultures do it until a child is five does not mean that you need to do it to. In the vain of “You Might Be A Redneck If…” here are my “You Know It’s Time To Stop Breast Feeding When…”

You know it’s time to stop breast feeding when your kid tells your dad to move out of the way.

You know it’s time to stop breast feeding when your kid goes home from kindergarten at lunch so he can eat at home.

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford, 40, and her entrepreneur husband, Daniel Giersch, are expecting their second child in June, her rep said in a statement Monday.

The couple are already parents to two-year-old son, Hermès.

Rutherford, who plays Blake Lively’s mother Lilly van Der Woodsen, revealed that Hermès is no stranger to the Gossip Girl set.

Who has he bonded with in particular?

“Oh, everybody!” Rutherford told Usmagazine.com. “We have such a nice set because people bring their kids and their dogs. It looks like we’re running a doggy daycare in the makeup room, it’s really something.”

But, she added: “”I don’t bring him as much I used to because he’s having so much fun at his classes during the day!”

Leighton Meester’s upbringing was nothing like that of her Gossip Girl character Blair Waldorf: the actress was born to a mother who was sentenced to 10 years in prison for smuggling marijuana.

As Us Weekly reports in its latest issue, on newsstands now, her mom Connie was pregnant with Leighton when she entered federal prison in Texas. At 29, she gave birth while she was just beginning her sentence following a conviction for her involvement with a drug ring that smuggled 1,200-pound shipments of marijuana into the United States from Jamaica. Her father, Doug, also served time for being part of the smuggling operation. Today, Doug works in construction and Connie is a screenwriter.

“Anything that her mother and I did that was questionable occurred before she was born,” Doug, who split from Connie in 1992, tells Us.

Meester’s rough start gives her perspective today.

“It makes me very nonjudgmental and open-minded,” the 22-year-old tells Us. “And I think it just makes me appreciate the things that I have now.”

Gossip Girl director Michael Fields tells Us: “She’s talked about it a little bit. She’s not a person who is trying to hide it.”

Now, Meester and her mom - who was released in 1986 after serving only 16 months - have a solid relationship.

“She’s always there for me no matter what,” Meester tells Us. “I swear, that woman knows everything.”

Connie returns the affection. “She’s very gifted, she’s very talented, she’s very intelligent,” the 51-year-old tells Us. “I love her dearly.”

Chace Crawford says he can sometimes get uncomfortable with the racy undertone of his CW hit Gossip Girl.

“Is that a weight on my conscience?” Crawford says in a new interview with London’s The Independent. “Well, yes, I think it is. I come from a moral background, and I can see the power of the show, and imagine my old school teachers cringing, or my grandparents thinking, ‘Oh, my God,’ when they see me, say, having sex on a barstool. But you have to remember, this is not a reality show. It’s supposed to be pure entertainment.”

He says the show isn’t “making an instruction manual telling [teens] how to drink and do drugs, or have sex. We’re just laying out how it is.

“My character is very conflicted, and even in the episodes where he’s having sex then dumping girls, there’s often regret,” Crawford says of his role as preppy stud Nate Archibald. “You know, there are repercussions to certain sorts of behavior that come full circle.”

Sometimes he says he’ll put a limit on how much skin he’ll show. Recently, he convinced producers to let him keep his shirt on.

“I never actually said I disliked having my top off; it was just that on that occasion it didn’t make sense,” he explains. “Nate was supposed to be waking up, hungover, on his buddy’s couch. So why would he be in his boxer shorts?

“I don’t actually mind taking my clothes off most of the time – it’s why I go to the gym,” he says. “As an actor, you pick and choose your battles.”

Achieving fame so fast “can be a double-edged sword,” Crawford admits. “But right now, I couldn’t ask for more, and I certainly never complain about it.”

He says he laughed off rumors that he and co-star Ed Westwick are having a fling. (Crawford was also romantically linked to JC Chasez, though both vehemently deny gay rumors.)

“It’s kind of funny,” Crawford tells the paper. “I guess some people assume there’s a seed of truth to it. People think where there’s smoke, there’s fire.”

He says he wasn’t sure who started the rumors — and doesn’t care.

“I just don’t even want to speculate on that. It’s just one of those things that rolls off my back,” Crawford says. “There’s not one seed of truth to it, so it’ll just go away in the end.”
