Vivica Fox wants to set the record straight when it comes to a rumored sex tape – there isn’t one.

“Vivica does not have a sex tape. If I did, I would be making my own money off of it,” the Kill Bill actress told People magazine backstage Saturday night at the taping of the inaugural BET Honors in Washington, D.C.

Reports of the tape swept the Internet earlier this month, but Fox says, “As a 43-year-old woman, I would never allow a man to put me in that position. If you see me having a love scene, it’s going to be choreographed in a movie, and be fabulous.”

Fox did have other recent troubles pleading no contest to DUI last December. She says she’s learned a valuable lesson: “Hire a driver.”

Kerry Washington, John Legend, Keyshia Cole and Wyclef Jean were among the celebrities attending the event, which also honored Tyra Banks for her achievements in media and Alicia Keys in the field of entertainment.

Vivica A. Fox has reportedly been duped by a male companion, who recorded the actress  in a sex act. The unidentified man used a cellphone to make a tape of a very drunk Fox, who was apparently servicing him.

It is unclear how many copies of the tape have been circulated and whether they will surface on the Internet.

There were rumors that Vivica Fox had been caught in a sex tape. Her boyfriend made it while she was not fully aware that he had been taping her act. Vivica has denied that this was true. Her manager, Lita Richardson, said that it was not true but could not refer to which part of the media write-ups that were not true.The Atlanta Police spokesman, James Polite, told a news agency that they did not receive any formal complaint from Vivica Fox. The spokesman, James Polite said that if the sex act was consensual, it was not a crime. If the boyfriend made an extortion or blackmail, then there would be criminal activity.

So I am sure that everyone has heard the story about Vivica Fox going down on a guy and being so drunk that she didn’t notice he was filming the scene with his cell phone. Vivica A. Fox turned herself in for booking Wednesday at a Los Angeles police station for her DUI case.

Records show the actress was booked at 12:39 p.m. There was no immediate word on whether she’s still in custody.

Fox, 43, pleaded not guilty after her arrest March 20 on an L.A. highway. If convicted, the Kill Bill star and Dancing with the Stars alum faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

What the hell is this?! A three-headed H.A.M monster?! I don’t even know where to start with this. Vivica Fox should bring Star and Al with her wherever she goes, because they make her look positively gorgeous.  

I think Gay Al’s eyebrows burned off from having to look at Star every single day. The gay guilt is killing him.

Miss Vivica A. Fox pleaded not guilty today for two misdemeanor drunken driving charges. Homegirl was busted last March. The 42-year-old faces 6 months in the slammer and a $1,000 fine if convicted.

Vivie was arrested after she passed up a cop car on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles. She was going 80mph in her Escalade. 80?!  That’s it. I’ve blown 100 on that highway. Shit, I shouldn’t have said that.

Viv also failed a breath test. That’s right Vivi! You are not guilty. You were eating poppy seeds that night! Oh that’s drugs. Um…she was rinsing her mouth out with Listerine right before, yeah that’s it.
