While speculation continues to mount over when Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo will take their relationship to the next level, the two lovebirds are just enjoying things the way that they are.

The Newlyweds star looked looked quite content as he and Vanessa warmed up at a pool party in El San Juan, Puerto Rico this past Friday.

There’s nothing like a Starbuck’s with your sweetie to chase away the blues.  And for Vanessa Minnillo and Nick Lachey they may just need it.

There are reports that Vanessa is desperately trying to get her man to agree to a reality show deal.  But the 98 Degrees singer says he’s learned from his past.

Vanessa Manilafolders has reportedly demanded that Nick Lachey marry her annoying ass without a prenup. 26-year-old Vanessa gave 33-year-old Nick till the end of the year to make it legal.

A source told The National Enquirer, “Vanessa loves Nick, but she’s prepared to walk if he’s not willing to marry her. And she’s not going to get involved in a prenuptial agreement. She feels marriage is forever, and she doesn’t want to begin a lifelong commitment by signing an agreement that’s just an out for a divorce.”

More like she wants some of that Jessica Simpson money! Hahaha….”Dear Jessica, I’m fucking your ex and spending your money!“

Vanessa is a gold digger doing it right. Don’t hate. She may be annoying, but at least she’s not stupid! Well….that’s still debatable.

Late last week photos of Jessica Simpson’s ex-hisband, Nick Lachey and former MTV VJ, Vanessa Manillo getting naked in Mexico hit the internet. The censored photos first appeared in Life & Style magazine. It looks like those pictures were nothing compared to the rest of the roll. TMZ reports that the rest of the photos showed Nick and Vanessa engaged in hardcore sex in the jacuzzi. A source told TMZ that the pictures are “Paris Hilton sex-tape level” and shows them in various positions.Well, Nick and Vanessa got their high-powered lawyer to make sure those pics never see the light of the internet. He sent out a letter to all the weeklies threatening that if they publish those pictures, they will get sued.

Marty Singer (their attorney) said, “The photos that were taken of our clients by a Mexican photographer violated Mexican law and were a clear invasion of privacy, and we have threatened to take legal action against third parties who publish the photos.”

I’m so sure these so-called hardcore pics will somehow make their way to the internet in an attempt to get Ms. Minillo another gig soon. The couple met a while back when Vanessa was stil working for MTV and Nick was still married to Jessica Simpson. Shortly after, Vanessa appeared in Nick Lachey’s “What’s Left of Me” music video.
