D-LIST queen Tara Reid may not be getting free stays at fancy hotels now that she’s dumped her wily manager, Richard Squire. Page Six reported last week that Reid dropped Squire - who booked her at sleazy events at nightclubs like the Hustler bar in Australia - because she wanted to clean up her image. But Reid may not be aware that he pulled a few tricks to get her free rooms in ritzy resorts around the world, according to one source. “Richard would call and tell us he was working with big celebrities like Paris Hilton or Marcia Cross and would ask for a free suite. Then at the last minute, he would send Tara.” Maybe if the “American Pie” actress has a successful turn-around, she’ll be able to get free accommodations using her own name. Squire did not return calls or e-mails.

Although I make a great deal of fun of various singers and musicians, it does not necessarily mean I don’t listen to their music. Music is music just like movies are movies. If we stopped seeing movies because someone is a jerk there would not be any movies left to see. So, I am not going to lie and say I don’t like Kanye West’s music. I do like a lot of it. Can’t stand him, but I can separate the music from the man.

But, there are limits to how far I can go down that ladder. I mean it would take a hell of a lot for me to go see a Tom Cruise film. So, when Kanye decides that he is going to take a turn with Aubrey O’Day that kind of really puts him on a path to never being redeemed. Besides enjoying the favors of anyone she actually makes eye contact with, she is a talentless hack who will end up on celebrity rehab sometime in the next five years. Not saying she is doing drugs or even contemplating doing drugs. Just saying that she will end up on the show. That will be the extent of her career. Oh sure there will be a sex tape or two as well.

As much of a jerk as Kanye is, you would think he would have some kind of button that says, I just can’t mess around with her because it would be just like kissing every man in the world after they have been there. So, when I read the report in the NY Post about them sucking face at a club, I almost lost it. The next thing you are going to tell me is that Kanye has some kind of ego problem and that Donnie Wahlberg left his wife because of Aubrey.

Someone needs to tell Tara Reid that the writers’ strike has been over for quite a while now, because it seems the “American Pie” actress didn’t get the memo.

“I totally plan to go back into acting once the strike stops,” Reid told Pop Tarts last week at Eva Longoria-Parker’s Padres Contra El Cancer’s 8th Annual “El Sueno De Esperanza” benefit gala in Hollywood. “The economy is so bad right now that people are afraid to put money back into acting. Even the shows that seem new, they really shot six months ago. So when it’s all back up again, I will go back into it. That’s my heart,” she said.

So instead of performing, Tara has been busy in her new career as a fashion designer … inspired by “The Secret.”

“I have a clothing line coming out called Mantra by Tara Reid. It’s like the book ‘The Secret’ — the whole line is about colors,” she explained. “Red means love, blue means love, white is peace, black means protection. So when you wear these colors, you might attract love, or green, you’ll get lucky tonight. You put the energy out there, that’s what the line is all about.”

Inside the swanky soiree, party host (and spokeswoman for the foundation) Longoria-Parker awkwardly addressed Reid and her new boyfriend. The “Desperate Housewife” once again flatly denied that she was pregnant, although being a parent is definitely on the agenda for Eva and her NBA hubby Tony Parker.

“People always say ‘I want a boy! I want a girl!’ I just think, ‘Oh my gosh, I just want a healthy child,’” she told us. “That’s truly a gift. If you’re a healthy adult, to complain about anything in life that’s so minute, you really have to be grateful for everything that you have and do something with it.”

The National Enquirer is reporting that Tra Reid is engaged to the dude in the photo above. Well, actually he isn’t really a dude. I mean he is, a dude as in a guy, but he is not a dude, as in Dude Where’s My Car, and I don’t have job kind of dude. His name is Julien Jarmoune and he in charge of J & Company. Apparently the two met right away and fell madly in love. The fact that Tara’s love was probably more checkbook based rather than any kind of real love probably contributed to their passion.

Julien is being credited for turning Tara from a party girl to a business woman. Well, I think if someone is throwing money at you, then chances are, you might clean up your act a little. And, I may trash Tara here a lot. But, I will say this. She is a really smart business person and has done very well for herself in her investments. Not so much the boob job investment. No, that one didn’t work out so well, but other things have which besides finding rich guys to pay for everything is one of the reasons she doesn’t work.

Now, the pair is supposed to marry next summer. Not going to happen. No way that Tara can be that good for that long, and Julien will get tired of it all long before then.

Tara Reid is heading to indie drama film “The Beautiful Outsiders”. According to reports, the “American Pie” beauty has been negotiating to star as one of the leading characters.

If she is indeed joining the project, Reid is going to tackle the role of Sarah Fugate, the girlfriend of former drug addict who has to work in a brothel to pay her way to university. She will also be joining earlier cast members that includes Doug Bradley, Cameron Douglas and John Fallon.

“Outsiders” follows the story of reformed addict Jason Starkweather and his old girlfriend Fugate as they rekindle their love and run from their individual problems. The drama film is penned and directed by Andrew Jones.

Reid was famous for her roles in “National Lampoon’s Van Wilder” with Ryan Reynolds, “My Boss’s Daughter” alongside Ashton Kutcher and “Alone in the Dark” opposite Christian Slater. She recently finished filming drama thriller “Clean Break” and horror thriller “Land of Canaan”.

PARTY girl Tara Reid had at least one devoted fan. A woman at a New Jersey auction claims to have bought a box of items once owned by Reid’s deceased paternal grandmother, including a huge collection of photos of Reid as a baby and letters to the tot. “These are sentimental family heirlooms,” said the current owner. “It has no monetary value but looks like it would be valuable to the family.” She’s tried reaching out to the Reid family, but, “They just don’t seem interested, or maybe they aren’t even aware we have it.” Reid’s rep said it was “the first they’d heard of this.”
