LINDSAY LOHAN’s sexual exploits have hit the headlines again - one of her Italian lovers has revealed all about his passionate one-night-stand with the actress. Alessandro diNunzio, an aspiring rocker, alleges to have recently spent a blissful night with the Mean Girls star in Italy, where she was honoured for her acting achievements at the Capri Film Festival. The 27-year-old, who was working as a sound engineer at the festival, met Lohan at a bar, when she invited him to join her and her friends at their table. And he claims that encounter led to an amazing night of lust with the 21-year-old star. He tells British newspaper the News of the World, “I couldn’t believe it when she asked if I could come to dinner… Then she invited me to a couple of clubs with her two friends. Despite her recent troubles she was downing alcohol - vodka cranberry and vodka soda…” After kissing in the club, the star invited diNunzio up to her hotel room, where she stripped off and jumped into bed. He recalls, “I was shocked she had made the first move… To be honest I felt a bit intimidated. But I took my clothes off and we started to make love… It was very passionate and intense and lasted for one-and-a-half hours, maybe more. Lindsay was very, very good and surprisingly experienced. She wanted to do everything, every position. She was extremely flexible and adventurous.” But diNunzio was shocked and saddened to discover he was just one of Lohan’s three conquests while in the country: “I was hurt and sad when I found out about the other guys. I think that’s the way things are with Lindsay. But… it was a good sex match.” This is the second time in as many weeks that Lohan’s bedroom antics have been exposed in the newspapers - her snowboarder ex Riley Giles kiss-and-told following their break-up in December.

It’s been about 12 hours since Britney Spears was walked to her car by Dr. Phil McGraw outside Cedars-Sinal Medical Center, and since then one of the world’s most visible pop stars has disappeared.

The 26-year-old, whose every step into a Starbucks or gas station toilet is documented by swarms of paparazzi, has literally vanished since she demanded to be released less than halfway through a 72-hour psychiatric hold at the L.A. hospital.

She hasn’t been seen since she left her Beverly Hills home this afternoon. Sources close to Sam Lutfi say her pal is very concerned that she is with her new boy-toy photographer Adnan Ghalib. But where are they? Not in an L.A. hotel say photographers who are used to greasing the palms of bellhops and hotel staff for tips. One magazine has sent staffers to Palm Springs to check out hotels there. But since the town is in the middle of hosting a film festival with cameras and press in attendance, it would be hard to miss a disheveled starlet and her swarthy companion.

A family insider tells PageSix.com that Britney called her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, and told him that she was staying at Dr. Phil’s house. But the TV shrink’s reps deny that she is camped out in his guest bedroom.

The insider also reveals that Britney told Dr. Phil that she is still in love with Kevin and wishes that they’d never split up. Dr. Phil subsequently extended an invitation to K-Fed to appear on the special episode of his show devoted to Britney that’s airing early next week. Kevin said no.

While K-Fed is concerned about the well-being of his ex-wife and mother of his children, it appears that his priority is the safety of Sean Preston and Jayden James. The family insider tells us that Kevin is considering getting a temporary restraining order against Britney to stop her from coming after him or the kids.

Based on her behavior on Thursday night, when she barricaded herself in her bathroom with one or both of the toddlers in an incident that ended with both her and Jayden being taken to the hospital, Kevin has every right to be concerned. Particularly now that Britney has lost physical and legal custody of the kids.

OK magazine has revealed that Kevin has beefed up security at his Tarzana, Calif., home because he “is worried that Britney will rush his house and try to grab the boys, just like she tried to do last February.”

“There’s no evidence that Britney’s any saner than she was that day,” a source told OK. “In fact she appears worse.”

As we reported earlier today, Britney’s dad, Jamie, is in tears over the downhill spiral his daughter seems to be unable to pull herself out of. A few thousand miles away, his ex-wife, Lynne, spent time today crying by her sister’s graveside. The family insider tells PageSix.com that Lynne has remained in Kentwood, La., rather than rushing to her troubled daughter’s side because Britney specifically asked her dad to tell her not to come.

Well, more than exaggerated—the reports are wrong!

Just after Christmas, media outlets in Europe reported that singer Eduardo Cruz convinced his sisters to swap spit in the music video for “Cosas Que Contar,” the title track of his debut album. The story quickly spread through the blogoshere with headlines such as “Faux-Dyke Out” and “Cruz Incest Caught on Tape.”

But I’ve got the real story. I can exclusively tell you the gal whom Penélope is smooching is actress Mía Maestro!
While Mónica and Penélope appear in the video as two beauties dubbing a lesbian porn flick into Spanish as well as bathing-suit-clad guitar players, Penélope’s rep tells me there was absolutely no lesbian lip-locking screen time between the two.

Reports even went so far as to claim it was 22-year-old Eduardo’s idea for the smooch, because he always dreamed of watching his sisters get naughty with each other.The 29-year-old Maestro and the Cruzes have been friends for years. People on the 7th floor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center say the doctor arrived about 7:30 AM Saturday. We’re told Britney spears did not invite him in; she didn’t even know he was coming. Sources say it was Brit’s parents who told Dr. Phil to go to the hospital. When he walked into her room, we’re told, a blindsided Britney walked out — and eventually came back.

Sources say Phil tried speaking with Spears for about 15 minutes — not an hour as Dr. Phil’s press release states — but she wanted none of it. We’re told Phil was doing almost all the talking. As for walking with her to the car on her way out — again, as his release states — we’re told if he was walking behind her, that’s news to her. She absolutely was not accompanied by him.

Sources say Dr. Phil somehow convinced Brit’s mom and dad to be on his show, which will tape Monday and air Tuesday (it was just moved up a day), but as one person put it, “Based on the interaction between Dr. Phil and Britney this morning, it’ll be a cold day in hell before Britney goes on his show.” We’re told she absolutely will not appear on the program.

Sources say Dr. Phil wants to do a television intervention, something that isn’t sitting well with some of the people who have known for a while that Britney has a very serious mental condition — likely a bipolar disorder that is now in the red zone.TMZ contacted Cedars to find out why the hospital let a television doctor on a floor that has such fragile patients, particularly since Britney had no idea he was coming. It’s especially troublesome that Cedars let Dr. Phil go uninvited to Britney’s room, since she had already been discharged and presumably had a right to know if someone wanted to visit. A Cedars rep made it short and sweet, telling us, “No comment.”

A rep from the “Dr. Phil” show had no comment as well, other than “Dr. Phil met with Ms. Spears at family members’ invitation.”

BRITNEY SPEARS threatened to commit suicide in front of her two children during her three-hour stand-off with emergency services at her Beverly Hills, California, mansion, it has been revealed. The troubled pop star dramatically refused to hand over her sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline following a scheduled visit on Thursday night, when she reportedly locked herself and one-year-old Jayden James in a bathroom. Her court-appointed monitor called 911 after witnessing Spears’ apparent mental breakdown. During the deadlock, Spears sobbed hysterically and screamed at police to get out of her house - or face having her dead body on their hands. One of the first emergency officers to have arrived on the scene told how Spears shouted, “Get out of here. Leave me and my babies alone. Get out or I’m going to kill myself. I’ll do it. I’ll do it.” Spears then demanded to speak to Federline in person, but when her request was refused by his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan, she again vowed to end her own life. A source tells British newspaper the Sunday Mirror, “Britney told Kaplan she wanted to ’sort this out with Kevin face-to-face’. Kaplan said ‘no’ and she started raising her voice and pacing up and down. She told him: ‘Tell him to stop pushing me. Tell him to stop making me feel like I’m not part of my own family. He doesn’t want to have to tell his children he killed their mother.’” According to various U.K. tabloid reports, Federline added to the panic when he remembered Spears kept two guns in the house - one of which was a present he gave to the star during their short-lived marriage. And, in a last-ditch attempt to keep hold of her sons Jayden and Sean Preston, Spears phoned Federline and offered to pay the dancer $100 million in return for full custody of the boys, reports the News of the World. Another insider adds, “Britney said that Kevin could have an incredible $100 million if he’d give her the kids and never see them again. He’s used to Britney going off on one, but he knew from her voice that this was a while other thing entirely. He hung up straight away and called his legal team in a panic. “He told them that Britney was capable of anything and admitted that she still kept two handguns at the house… The lawyers called the police immediately.” Spears was later admitted to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a mental evaluation, where she remained until Saturday afternoon, when she checked herself out to return home with her father Jamie. Following the headline-grabbing incident, Spears’ visitation rights to see her sons were temporarily suspended and Federline was awarded “sole legal custody and sole physical custody” of the kids at an emergency hearing on Friday. The custody order lasts until January 14, 2008.

No one knew what to do and she got more and more stressed about handing the kids back… “That’s when Britney started to panic. She kept the children behind her and told no one to touch them. She demanded to see Kevin and told Ronnie to get him to the house there and then. That was never going to happen…” Spears was later taken to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for a mental evaluation, where she remained until Saturday afternoon, when she checked herself out to return home with her father Jamie.
