Kim Cattrall thinks that people who get plastic surgery look like “aliens” and is determined to not have any cosmetic surgery anytime soon as she wants to age gracefully and look her age. The 51-year old star of “Sex and the City” admits that she’s gotten Botox injections but claims that this is the “kind of” the extent of all the cosmetic enhancements she’s had, give or take a few other secret cosmetic surgery treatments. Cattrall is afraid of getting plastic surgery, as she is scared that she would no longer look like herself and be unrecognizable to herself in the mirror.Speaking to in an interview with The Times, Kim Cattrall says, “Why would anyone lower themselves to look like an alien? I’m scared of surgery because I don’t want to look in the mirror and not recognize who’s looking back. I don’t want to be in a room, and to have people turn when I leave and say, ‘What happened?’ I’m 51 and I think I look my age, but I don’t want to be 20 any more or even 30 or 40. Speaking about her Botox injections, Cattrall almost hinted that she has dabbled in other cosmetic surgery treatments, but did not specify what they were. If one were to speculate what cosmetic treatments Cattrall may have had, this would likely include a chemical peel or laser skin resurfacing to maintain her youthful skin. It does not appear that Cattrall has had any invasive surgery such as a facelift, neck lift or blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), as the actress is blessed with good genes. “I’m too terrified to get any proper work so I’ve had just little things done. Chris Noth, best known as “Mr. Big” from “Sex and the City,” is expecting a visit from the stork - real soon. 53-year-old Chris and longtime girlfriend, Canadian actress Tara Wilson are expecting their first child later this month. I was rather shocked to see these pitures of Kim Catrall on the beach (at least she still had her high heels). The former Sex And The City star used to rock quite the hard body, six pack abs included. Isn’t that what she was known for?

Sure, she’s getting older and still doesn’t look bad, but…… If you don’t got it, don’t flaunt it. Right? How about something a little more age appropriate? If you have you have to wear granny panty bikini bottoms to tuck in your FUP then you probably shouldn’t be wearing them. I’m just saying……

Which means this won’t be the last time you glimpse Kim in all her granny glory — everyone will get another taste of what she’s working with when the film comes out this May. Hmmm, after all the drama that Kim caused on the set of the film, is it possible that someone is enacting some sneaky revenge on her by making her wear this eek-worthy ensemble?

Not everything is sexy in the city. Sources tell Star that Kim Cattrall was such a diva to work with on the Sex and the City movie that her costars are getting a secret bonus for dealing with Kim’s prima donna behavior.

An insider tells Star, “Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon are getting a ‘hush-hush’ bonus for not being divas during filming and as a thank-you for putting up with Kim.”

Sex and the City has packed up and taken their filming to Los Angeles. The movie started production there last week and will also double L.A. as Cabo San Lucas. Kim Cattrall shot her scenes this past weekend looking like the Barnum and Bailey circus tent deflated all over her.

I think this whole movie is just a way to punk these women into wearing the worst outfits ever.
