Despite reports of cancellation, Denise Richards tells UsMagazine.com that her E! reality series It’s Complicated is returning.

“It’s coming back for another season,” Richards told Us at the Panasonic Lounge at the Passion for Pink luxury suite in L.A. on Tuesday.

“We start filming in a few months,” Richards said.

Asked if she has any well wishes for ex husband Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller, who are expecting their first child together, Richards told Us: “I am not commenting on that situation. I hope one day get to a place but I’m not commenting right now.”

Richards has been criticized by Sheen and Mueller for including her daughters with Sheen - Sam, 4, and Lola, 2, in her series.

“They weren’t there 24/7, we definitely have set hours,” Richard said. “They have been around this since they were born so they were just happy momma was home working.”

Sam and Lola recently started preschool.

“They are only gone for a couple hours a day but its surreal to me how quick they have gone from babies to preschool,” Richards said.

As for Richards’ dad who is a regular on It’s Complicated?

“He was driving home on the freeway and a group of girls had him roll down his window and they yelled, ‘I love your show!’” Richards said. “He doesn’t know how funny he is. He thought they would only want him for one episode. He is hilarious!”

E! has pink-slipped Denise Richards’ reality show.

Richards, who went to court last year to fight ex-husband Charlie Sheen for rights to have their children appear on the show “It’s Complicated,” turned out to be a less-than-stellar reality star.

A show low-light was her confrontation with an editor for a magazine over how she has been portrayed in the tabloid press.

“The numbers started out pretty good - just over 1.5 million tuned in for the premiere episode,” a source told “The Insider” yesterday. “But the audience has dropped off. ”

DENISE Richards went too far when she falsely accused her ex, Charlie Sheen, of molesting their daughters - and now Sheen will move for full custody of the kids by charging that their mother is a liar.

Richards dragged Sheen into a Los Angeles courtroom early last week for a mysterious “emergency” child-custody hearing to screen videos of their girls, Sam and Lola, supposedly acting in strange and disturbing ways. Sheen’s lawyers - who got the “evidence” dismissed - presented their own videos of the girls acting normally at his house.

A source said, “Denise’s accusations were vile. She was basically trying to say Charlie [manipulated] the kids and acted inappropriately with them. It’s disgusting and totally untrue. Charlie is furious . . . Denise has really pushed it too far this time.

“She came after Charlie because the ratings on her E! reality show [’It’s Complicated’] have tanked and they were threatening not to renew,” the source said.

“She thinks a court battle would be good for ratings so she wants all overnight visits with the girls ceased, and monitored visits with her nanny. She invited the media circus to the hearing and even wanted reporters in the judge’s chambers - which wasn’t allowed. It’s ridiculous.”

Sheen is said to be so furious, he’s “out to prove Denise’s lack of veracity and sue her in civil court for defamation. Then he’ll sue for child custody.

“Sheen feels Richards has defamed him, especially after she denied sending [current wife] Brooke an e-mail in which she claims to want his sperm for another child. Richards says the e-mail is a fake. Sheen claims he has the e-mail and is getting forensic computer geeks to verify its authenticity.

“Charlie has now been forced to take a stand and do what’s best for the girls,” our insider said. Reps for Richards and Sheen declined comment.

The battle between Denise Richards and ex-husband Charlie Sheen rages on.

In a surprise move today, Richards and her divorce attorney, Neal Hersh, went into Los Angeles Superior Court for an ex parte hearing.

While Hersh would not disclose the reason for the hearing, he did tell Access Hollywood that it’s a “serious issue involving the children,” referring to Sheen’s and Richards’ daughters, Sam and Lola.

Because the presiding judge was on vacation today, the hearing didn’t happen, but will take place on Monday.

At that time, Richards will be present again because she deems the issue “very important,” said Hersh.

And though Sheen is not required to be at the hearing, Hersh threw down the gauntlet and said the “Two and a Half Men” star should be there if his “kids are important enough” to him.

Hersh, who remained mum on what the “serious issue” was, explained that his client went into court because of “not one” specific incident, but rather because of a “series” of them, which will be revealed when court is in session next week.

Today is a good day. Actually it is a great day and I want to thank the people of Hidden Hills for making it such a great day. If I could, I would go up to each of your homes, ring the bell and say thanks.

Turns out that all the folks in Hidden Hills got together and complained to city officials about the filming going on at Denise Richards’ home. I guess that in addition to just a general dislike of Denise they also hate having production crews all over their swank neighborhood. So, what is an “actress” to do? Why move of course. Denise has put her home up for sale. Now, if I recall she used to own two on the same street, but is now down to one which she has priced at $4.2M.

Yes, for just $4.2M you to can live in the house Denise Richards called home. I personally think that because she lived there the price should drop considerably. Not like a Hale Bopp house price drop but still, I’m thinking maybe it is worth just four or five dollars.

Now, you may be asking yourself what all of this has to do with Denise moving out of Los Angeles. Well, I’m glad you asked. See, in addition to disliking the filming, apparently the neighbors got tired of the noise that 14 dogs at one house causes and so they complained to the LA County Animal Control who ordered Denise to get a kennel license. No, not for her, but for the dogs. Denise was not pleased about this and so wants to get out of LA County’s jurisdiction which means she will be some other county’s problem.

I entered the world of Denise Richards and lived. Of course the fact that it was just a television and me on a couch probably had something to do with my survival. Alone in a room with her, I’m not sure I would have survived. She just has that kind of kill or be killed mentality.Anyway, in order to judge fairly and accurately because you know I am all about fairness here, I watched 3 episodes back to back last night. Yep, two older ones and then the new one.

For those of you have never watched the show. Don’t. If you have, and do so regularly, then you must know even more places than me that sell cheap booze because we really have no life.

As I was watching each episode, I took notes. See, I’m a professional. These are my unedited notes from the first episode.

Sho, Stripper pole, sex toys, play house, two assistants?

I didn’t really have any problems with the episode except for the obvious lie they attempted to perpetrate on all men throughout the world. Denise ordered one of those backyard playhouses for her kids. It came completely unassembled with no instructions and about a million parts. Denise said she put it together by herself. Umm. There is not a chance in hell she did and to say otherwise just puts guys in a bad position because wives everywhere are saying, if that idiot Denise Richards can do it, then you can do it too.

Did anyone else catch the fact that she knew her way around that stripper pole? For those of you who didn’t see the episode, Denise had some friends over and after they dolled themselves up they all took turns on a stripper pole. There was no awkwardness and for a second she dropped her guard and she was at home on the pole. She also seemed to have a very good grasp on the sex toys that were on offer at the party also.

From what I gather Denise has at least two assistants and someone helping her with the kids. It isn’t any wonder she doesn’t sleep at night because she doesn’t do anything all day except change from workout outfit to another.

OK, Episode 2 unedited notes

Dr. Katz, insomnia, (camera in house), kat von D, Michelle was crying, Denise has no tear ducts, memory of mom, plug of james bond.food in cupboards, camera in bedroom at mom’s house. she says she gets up at 530, then why blindfold? How many dogs did she bring to her mom’s house? Irv, I feel for you.sister cries. Denise fake crying. I hope she is a better actress when she is having sex. who taking care of girls? So, assistants and nannies.Dogs were not in car. Shipped separately. Bear thing is a great idea.

You know how Rod Serling used to introduce Twilight Zone or how Some dude would be in the corn in Hee Haw or how an announcer introduces guests on a talk show? Well apparently this guy Dr. Katz does the same thing for Denise. Apparently he was her divorced mediator and now his function seems to be this. Denise has a problem and goes to Dr. Katz. He calls her crazy and gives her something to do which is what each episode is about.

In this episode, Denise visited her mom’s house for the first time since her mom died. Look, I think Denise’s dad Irv and Denise’s sister Michelle who is way hotter than Denise and actually nice have been truly affected by the death. Michelle’s tears were real and Denise’s dad was just a broken down mess. Denise on the other hand didn’t shed a tear. Oh, she tried and tried but those little tear ducts are all dried up. Seriously, she is very, very cold.

This episode was so staged and in no way approached any kind of reality except for the emotions of Irv and Michelle. Apparently no one had been to the house in six months but there was still fresh food in the house for Denise to cook with. All the sheets and linens were clean. Inside the house were four dogs who had not gone in Denise’s SUV so I’m guessing they flew. There was food for them, the house was spotless with no dust. Denise and her family packed box after box up of possessions but there was no indication of how they got to where they were supposed to. We are supposed to believe Denise has insomnia and it is because of her mom’s death. I think it is because of the crew of four who are in her bedroom.

I do want to say that the bears made out of the clothing of the deceased is one hell of a good idea and if they need some money, let me know.

OK, before I get to the final episode of the night, there are a few things in general about E! and their productions. Did anyone notice that according to E!, the Kardashians and Denise live at the same house? Why does E! need to have a show called the 12 sexiest wet and wild jobs? Isn’t it just porn for 13 year old kids?

OK, on with the final episode. My unedited notes.

A little white trash? denise suggests sister and hubby on side of road.Brandon guy cracks me up. “I’d let a stranger watch my kids at this point.” Camera crew. Playboy.poor guy. aunt naked. embarrassed. what a coincidence. so surprised. I will say she seemed to be pretty good at spitting. guy lived in a trailer dan.

By far the best episode. Denise’s brother Brandon is one hell of a guy and Michelle, who is Denise’s sister is great. Make the show about them. They seriously are great together. Meanwhile while Brandon and his wife are gone the crew plant a Denise Richards Playboy on one of her nephew’s friends. I guess this was supposed to allow Denise her moment to be all motherly and concerned. All it did show me was that she doesn’t care about her nephew because he clearly was embarrassed to be talking about it in front of the world and that she enjoys being naked for guys. She thinks she is better than everyone in the world and probably thinks her sister can do better than Brandon. He seemed to be doing ok as far as I can see.

Overall, the show isn’t bad, but it just seems forced and contrived and Denise is going to be a bitch no matter what. I will give Denise credit for one thing. The opening montage of the show in which she calls herself everything I have called her and worse. She does seem to care about herself first, even more than her kids. They pretend she doesn’t, but it does seem like she does.

I don’t feel like I wasted 90 minutes of my life, but I won’t be back for more unless they do a Brandon and Michelle show.

I have to stop calling Denise Richards the worst parent in the world because in the past few weeks I have seen some things that have even made me ill. I am disgusted with what some adults do to kids, especially their own. On a celebrity scale though, Denise is really right at the top of bad parenting. Not the very top because that is reserved for some of the parents I have written about in the long blind items and some that I haven’t.Now, with that out of the way, here is the latest chapter in the I have no shame when it comes to making a buck off my kids and scarring them for the rest of their lives book authored by Denise.

In an interview with In Touch who I guess was paying the most this week, that her two children are in therapy.

“My kids are in therapy. It’s very sad that they need to be there, but they do for now. On the other hand, it’s good they have an outlet to deal with their feelings and someone who is just their advocate.”

I agree her kids probably need therapy. With parents like theirs and the drama and crap they have gone through at such a young age, I think it is great they are in therapy. My problem is this. What business is it of ours that her kids are in therapy? What purpose does it serve other than stroking her own ego and her pocketbook to say that her kids are in therapy? If Denise was in therapy do you think she would be running to the magazines and saying she was in therapy? Well actually she probably would, especially if there was $20 in it for her.

Therapy is a private thing, especially for kids. From now on though Denise has ruined her children;s chances for private therapy. Every kid and parent at their schools will know they saw a therapist. What kind of parent sells out her kids like that?

Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards were back in court in Los Angeles California today for another round at each other. After weeks of lashing out through the media, Richards was forced to miss a photoshoot for her new television reality show, and revealed during an interview on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM show that Sheen had summoned her to court again. She told Seacrest, who is also the producer of her show: It’s Complicated - “I am sitting in the parking lot at the courthouse. He decided to take me to court this morning.”If he is here we will see each other today. I imagine he’ll be here. He’s the one taking me to court. He should be here.” Richards refused to reveal the nature of the hearing but it follows a nasty battle over custody of their two young daughters following their divorce in 2006.The star insists she is still hopeful there will be an end to the pair’s increasingly public war, telling Seacrest, “I hope that there is a way out.That’s the goal. This is ugly and humiliating and it’s bad for our children.”For the girls’ sake, the best thing is for he and I to be cordial. It would happen on my part.”

Charlie Sheen is apologizing for a three-year-old voicemail that ex Denise Richards made public.

The voicemail included a curse-filled rant from Sheen calling Richards – the mother of their two young daughters Sam, 4, and Lola, 3 – a “f–king c–t” and a “f–king n—-r.”

In response, the Two and a Half Men star said in a statement released Wednesday, “I deeply apologize by my choice of words to all I have obviously offended; especially to Tony Todd, an African-American, who was my best man at my first two weddings.”

Sheen added, however, that “three and one-half years later, the reasons that caused the anger and frustration displayed on that voice mail continue to be manifested on a daily basis” because “my children did not show up today for a custodial visit without explanation.”

Sheen – who wed Brooke Mueller last month – has been in a bitter public feud with Richards since they split in 2006. She recently revealed that he gave their daughters necklaces before asking for them back.

DENISE Richards claims to be “setting the record straight” on her new E! reality show, “It’s Complicated,” but several sources who know the actress say it’s a record that she’s making up.

On the show, Richards says more than once that she’s no husband stealer, claiming that she and Heather Locklear weren’t friends for months before she started dating Locklear’s estranged husband, Richie Sambora - and that the relationship started only after Locklear and Sambora split.

But a Locklear pal says otherwise.

“Heather has phone records that prove Denise was calling Richie while Heather was still married to him,” our source said. “Heather was such a good friend to Denise. She gave Denise clothes and offered her a shoulder to cry on when she and [now ex-husband] Charlie [Sheen] split up - there are even photos in the press of Heather taking Denise out after she and Charlie split. And then a few weeks later - not months - Denise starts dating Richie.

“For Denise to claim that not only did she not initiate contact with Richie but that she and Heather weren’t friends for three months before she took up with him, well, that’s just absurd and an outright lie.

“Denise also claims she’s still friends with Richie - which is not true. He doesn’t speak to her at all.”

Sambora dated Richards briefly last year.

On her show, Richards also says she has five dogs, four cats and three pigs. But an insider said, “Please - she has over 20 dogs, five cats, three pigs and several guinea pigs. Her place is like a zoo. She collects animals.”

A rep for Locklear didn’t return our detailed e-mails and calls.

Richards, via a rep, told us: “I will not respond to these tireless rumors. It’s such old news. I will say I have 10 dogs. Is there a law against having a lot of animals? My family loves animals, I live on a ranch, and I provide a great environment for them, so I am not sure why there is so much drama about how many animals I have.”

Reality television star Denise Richards is considering shedding her clothes for Playboy magazine once again.

The former Bond girl, who posed for Hugh Hefner’s magazine in 2004, is thinking about a return to the men’s mag.

“It’s still a possibility,” Richards told AOL.com. “It’s so iconic and fun.”

Richards, who is embroiled in a bitter divorce battle with ex Charlie Sheen, said she liked the attention she received after the first photo spread was published.

“I think that my niche is as a sex symbol. I’m never going to be the girl next door, so why not play up my niche?”

Denise Richards is coming under a bunch of criticism for the language she uses in her new television program. This is especially true because parents thought the show would be family entertainment. I mean if Denise was going to have her children participate then it must be suitable for all children right?

The thing that the parents didn’t know about is that Denise has trouble with words that have more than one syllable except for classics such as “harder,” “snowball,” and “I take MasterCard.” Therefore because of this aversion to big words, Denise has mastered the use of all the four letter words.

Her latest rant against an editor of People magazine which included the word c**t is a prime example. Denise probably couldn’t define it, but she knows how to use it. You can take that last part however you want.

I’m not shocked she used the word. I am shocked she didn’t blame its use on the fact that her mother died of cancer. She probably had that rant on some pseudo anniversary of something relating to her mom’s cancer. As for the word itself, I have a question. I have always been told by female friends that it is a vile word and should never be used, but in turn they are more than happy to use the word themselves. Is it a word that can only be used by women? Since the vast majority of the readers of this blog are women, I am really interested to hear what you have to say about the word. Do you use it? What do you think of men when they use the word?

The he-said/she-said war of words between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen just won’t stop. Following last week’s installment, wherein Denise claimed she never requested Charlie’s sperm for artificial insemination, and his rep responded with a round of oh-yes-she-dids, Denise spoke with Page Six to offer up a new twist.

According to the soon-to-be E! reality show star, Charlie recently fired off a shocking wish of ill will for both her and her father. “Last week, I sent Charlie a text message asking him if he’s going to Family Day (for daughter Sam’s school) and letting him know Sam was sick with a cold,” Denise said. “His response was, ‘I hope you and your worthless retarded father get cancer and join your stupid mom. Rot in hell you (bleeping) whore.’ My mom died of cancer. This is what I deal with on a weekly basis.”

Denise told Page Six the entire message smacked of hypocrisy. “For him to slam me saying I’m exploiting the kids, well, he’s exploited our entire situation. He missed Dad’s day at the school and my father had to go in his place. And this is how he talks to me?”
