Charlie Sheen and ex-wife Denise Richards were back in court in Los Angeles California today for another round at each other. After weeks of lashing out through the media, Richards was forced to miss a photoshoot for her new television reality show, and revealed during an interview on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM show that Sheen had summoned her to court again. She told Seacrest, who is also the producer of her show: It’s Complicated - “I am sitting in the parking lot at the courthouse. He decided to take me to court this morning.”If he is here we will see each other today. I imagine he’ll be here. He’s the one taking me to court. He should be here.” Richards refused to reveal the nature of the hearing but it follows a nasty battle over custody of their two young daughters following their divorce in 2006.The star insists she is still hopeful there will be an end to the pair’s increasingly public war, telling Seacrest, “I hope that there is a way out.That’s the goal. This is ugly and humiliating and it’s bad for our children.”For the girls’ sake, the best thing is for he and I to be cordial. It would happen on my part.”

Charlie Sheen is apologizing for a three-year-old voicemail that ex Denise Richards made public.

The voicemail included a curse-filled rant from Sheen calling Richards – the mother of their two young daughters Sam, 4, and Lola, 3 – a “f–king c–t” and a “f–king n—-r.”

In response, the Two and a Half Men star said in a statement released Wednesday, “I deeply apologize by my choice of words to all I have obviously offended; especially to Tony Todd, an African-American, who was my best man at my first two weddings.”

Sheen added, however, that “three and one-half years later, the reasons that caused the anger and frustration displayed on that voice mail continue to be manifested on a daily basis” because “my children did not show up today for a custodial visit without explanation.”

Sheen – who wed Brooke Mueller last month – has been in a bitter public feud with Richards since they split in 2006. She recently revealed that he gave their daughters necklaces before asking for them back.

Charlie Sheen married real estate investor Brooke Mueller at a private estate in Los Angeles on Friday, PEOPLE has confirmed.

“They’re well matched and incredibly happy,” says a friend of the couple.

Mueller, 30, and Sheen, 42, exchanged vows in front of about 60 close friends and family. The bride wore a Reem Acra gown. Among the guests were Grey’s Anatomy star Eric Dane and actress Rebecca Gayheart, who first introduced the couple in 2006.

“Brooke really wanted to walk down the aisle in a big way, but Charlie insisted they keep it simple and small,” says a source.

The Two and a Half Men star proposed to Mueller in Costa Rica last June, presenting her with a $500,000 custom-designed 11-carat yellow diamond and platinum ring from jeweler Lord Alon Barak.

The newlyweds are expected to attend the Chrysalis Butterfly Ball in Los Angeles on Saturday, an event where they made their first public appearance as a couple two years ago.

In lieu of wedding gifts, the newlyweds have asked guests to donate to the Chrysalis: Changing Lives Through Jobs charity and to Pugs ‘N Pals, a dog rescue charity.

As for their future, Sheen and Mueller are eager to start a family, according to an insider. “Brooke is hoping to get pregnant very soon,” says the friend.

Sheen is dad to three daughters already: Sam, 4, and Lola, 2, with ex-wife Denise Richards, and Cassandra, 23, with ex-girlfriend Paula Profitt.

The he-said/she-said war of words between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen just won’t stop. Following last week’s installment, wherein Denise claimed she never requested Charlie’s sperm for artificial insemination, and his rep responded with a round of oh-yes-she-dids, Denise spoke with Page Six to offer up a new twist.

According to the soon-to-be E! reality show star, Charlie recently fired off a shocking wish of ill will for both her and her father. “Last week, I sent Charlie a text message asking him if he’s going to Family Day (for daughter Sam’s school) and letting him know Sam was sick with a cold,” Denise said. “His response was, ‘I hope you and your worthless retarded father get cancer and join your stupid mom. Rot in hell you (bleeping) whore.’ My mom died of cancer. This is what I deal with on a weekly basis.”

Denise told Page Six the entire message smacked of hypocrisy. “For him to slam me saying I’m exploiting the kids, well, he’s exploited our entire situation. He missed Dad’s day at the school and my father had to go in his place. And this is how he talks to me?”

The feud between Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen that reignited this week is getting even uglier.

Richards, 37 - in NYC to promote her new E! reality show — is now claiming that Sheen, 42, sent her vulgar text messages attacking her father and mother, who recently died of cancer.

“Last week, I sent Charlie a text message asking him if he’s going to Family Day [for daughter Sam’s school] and letting him know Sam was sick with a cold,” Richards told the New York Post.

“His response was, ‘I hope you and your worthless retarded father get cancer and join your stupid mom. Rot in hell you [bleeping] whore,’” Richards claims. “My mom died of cancer. This is what I deal with on a weekly basis.

“He missed Dad’s day at the school, and my father had to go in his place. And this is how he talks to me?”

Their ongoing war resumed Wednesday when Richards claimed on the Today show that Sheen faked e-mails from her, asking Sheen’s fiancee, Brooke Mueller, for his sperm.

“I don’t want Charlie’s prostitute-tranny-infested sperm,” Richards tells the Post. “I have two beautiful kids. We’ll leave it at that.

“I am so over him,” she says. “He’s the one who can’t move on. He’s disgusting, and he’s hit an all-time low.”

Sheen’s rep fired back: “Denise seems to be denying the existence of [the] e-mail. This goes beyond a he-said-she-said. We have an offer from a [live] TV show. They will bring a computer expert to diagnose the e-mail and to verify it was sent by her e-mail address and to verify it was neither altered nor edited. Computer DNA — it is conclusive.

“The only time Charlie has spoken on TV about her, they were sound bites at red-carpet visits or during set visits,” the rep said. “He has not gone on multiple TV shows this week.”

Charlie Sheen was a busy boy in the press yesterday. While promoting his own television show, he had this to say about Denise Richards’ show. “I think we should all just boycott the thing, do a mass boycott.”

Holland Taylor, who plays Charlie’s mom on his television show had this to say about Denise’s show. “I know he is appalled by it, I can’t quote him but I think everyone has been like ‘what?!’. Denise said something like ‘I asked the kids if they wanted to do it - they said yes’.

“Well, they’re two and three. I don’t think a two or three-year-old can decide whether they want to be on television or not. I don’t get it.”

Although I agree that the kids should be left out of the show, and think the show will be awful, I am going to savor every second of the trainwreck that her show will be.

Not content with just talking about Denise’s show, Charlie also said that he and his girlfriend would be getting married this summer. “We’re gonna do it this summer, we’re tired of this question so we’ve been forced into this.”

Mueller added: “You guys pressured us into it, so here we go!”

Ummm. As a veteran of many failed marriages I would have to say that this is not the way you want to head on into a marriage. You should get married because you want to, not because the gossip columns and paps pressured you into it. And the thing is, it seems they both have the same attitude. What was this conversation like?

“You want to get married?”
“Well the gossip columns say we should.”
“Well they are always right so lets get married in the summer.”
“Sure. Don’t forget about that dentist appointment in June.”

Give her a few million right now Charlie and just live with the woman. Save yourself the embarrassment of another divorce, and whatever you do, just don’t get her pregnant.

Ahhh, what once was such a cute and happy couple, is now the ex-couple from Hell. In the latest in the mud slinging match that will just not go away, Charlie Sheen is calling for a boycott of Denise Richards’ show from TV viewers.

The Two and a Half Men star – who took ex-wife Denise Richards to court in a failed attempt to prevent her from including their two daughters in a reality show – is now urging viewers to tune out the upcoming E! series.

“I think we should all just boycott the damn thing!” Sheen, 42, half-jokingly told PEOPLE Wednesday night at an Academy of TV event for his sitcom. “Issue a mass boycott.”

In January, a judge gave the former Bond Girl, 37, permission to include the ex-couple’s daughters Sam, 3, and Lola, 2, in the as-yet-untitled show (which is being produced by Ryan Seacrest’s company to air this summer).

But the legal ruling did nothing to dampen Sheen’s opposition to the project. “You don’t go to court and make stands to prevent that if you don’t firmly believe in it,” he said.

Regarding the court’s decision, the CBS star added, “The world is upside down sometimes.”

I don’t know about you all, but I won’t be watching the show, and not because Charlie Sheen doesn’t want me to.

I think the entire world had pretty much stopped talking about and even caring about whether Denise Richards stabbed Heather Locklear and their friendship in the back by sleeping with Richie Sambora. Me, the world’s biggest Denise Richards hater didn’t even care anymore, until Denise herself brought it up again this weekend.

The only reason I can think of for her to continue bringing it up is because she feels guilty for stabbing her friend in the back and because she will do anything to get people to watch her new show. Denise says, “The truth of the matter is my friendship with Heather ended before Richie and I even started dating. That’s one thing I don’t know if people knew or not. I never had an affair. I never cheated on Charlie and Richie never cheated on Heather. If I was still friends with Heather, I would have never crossed that line with Richie at all.”So, let me get this straight. Richie winks at you at a party or flashes you some hundreds and you start to melt. The next day you call Heather and tell her that you don’t want to be her friend anymore. The day after that, you call Richie and tell him that you would love to help count his money now and that you can do so with a clear conscience because you and Heather are not friends anymore.Then when the world starts accusing you of stabbing Heather in the back you cry and scream and really start using chapstick like crazy. Man, I cannot wait until her show starts.
