Catherine Ann “Kate” Bosworth (born January 2, 1983) is an American actress. After appearing in 1998’s The Horse Whisperer, Bosworth became well known with a leading role in 2002’s Blue Crush, and has since appeared in several notable films, including Superman Returns, where she played Lois Lane, and 2008’s blackjack movie 21.

Bosworth was accepted to Princeton University in late 2000, but due to continual deferral of her attendance her acceptance was later revoked. She is also a member of the Appalachia Service Project.
Bosworth previously dated actor Matt Czuchry, whom she met on the set of their short-lived television series, Young Americans. Their relationship lasted from 2000 to 2002. Then, in late 2002, she began dating actor Orlando Bloom. The two met outside a coffee shop and were introduced to each other by a friend, before meeting again at the premiere of The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. Bosworth and Bloom separated in 2005 but shortly after resumed their relationship. On September 5, 2006, Entertainment Tonight reported that her on-again, off-again relationship with Bloom had ended after almost four years though it is unclear when the split took place. Bosworth has since been dating British model James Rousseau since September 2006 after meeting him at the Marc Jacobs after party. An aspiring musician, Rousseau wrote the song “To Make You Mine” for her.
In mid-to-late 2006, Bosworth made headlines with her extremely thin appearance. She became part of a trend of young Hollywood actresses who have debuted new, alarmingly thin bodies. In early 2007, after Bosworth turned up at a charity event and was then snapped vacationing in Hawaii the media took note of her return to a healthy weight.
Bosworth has two cats, Louise and Dusty, and a dog named Lila, whom she adopted while on a 2004 vacation in Morocco. She has noted that although equestrianism is her hobby, she has been unable to practice it, because of the potential risk of injury involved affecting her film career.

Brittany Anne Snow (born March 9, 1986) is an American television and film actress most known for The Pacifier, John Tucker Must Die, Hairspray and Prom Night.

Snow was born and grew up in Tampa Bay, Florida. She is the daughter of: Cynthia, who works for Prentice Hall; and John Snow Senior, who ran an insurance agency until retiring to organize Snow’s schedule. Brittany has one half-brother, John Jr., and a half-sister; both of them live in Ohio. She is a good friend of Bethany Joy Galeotti, Sophia Bush, Amanda Bynes, Ashley Tisdale, Zac Efron and Arielle Kebbel, as well as High School Musical’s Vanessa Hudgens. Snow began modeling at the age of three and a half in a print ad for Burdines. She had a popular role at age twelve as troubled teen Susan LeMay on the soap opera Guiding Light from 1998 to 2001. She is perhaps best known for playing Meg Pryor on NBC’s American Dreams and Ariel Alderman, a neo-Nazi high school student on the third season of Nip/Tuck. In 2005, Snow appeared in The Pacifier with action star Vin Diesel. In 2006, Snow was in the film John Tucker Must Die and voiced Naminé in the video game Kingdom Hearts II as well as Shizuku Tsukishima in the Studio Ghibli film, “Whisper of the Heart.” Snow more recently appeared in Hairspray, a film adaptation of the Broadway musical, playing the bratty Corny Collins Show queen Amber Von Tussle alongside James Marsden, Nikki Blonsky, Amanda Bynes, and Zac Efron. With her role in Hairspray, Snow shows her musical side in numerous numbers including a solo entitled, “The New Girl In Town”, a song previously cut from the Broadway musical version. Snow played the lead role in Prom Night, which was released in April 2008.

Britney Spears has more important things to worry about than court dates.

While Spears’ criminal attorney was in court in Van Nuys, Calif., asking for another extension in the pop star’s pending criminal case regarding her driving-without-a-valid-license charge, Spears herself was on a Delta flight heading to Louisiana to be by sister Jamie Lynn’s side for the birth of her first child.

In an apparent cost-cutting effort, the “Gimme More” singer, who typically jets around on private planes, flew commercial. She quietly slipped out of her gated community around 5 a.m. and headed with her dad, Jamie, and brother, Bryan, to Los Angeles International Airport, where they boarded a Delta flight to New Orleans, an hour ride from the Spears homestead in Kentwood.

Her flight landed at 12:53 p.m. CT, and Britney headed straight to mother Lynne’s house.

Jamie Lynn, 17, is having a child (reportedly a girl) with fiancé Casey Aldridge, 19, and is set to give birth any day now, sources tell E! News.

Britney, 26, had previously been somewhat estranged from her little sister. But on May 3, she flew to Kentwood to attend Jamie Lynn’s baby shower.

Because her visitations with her own children are still limited, Britney will miss visits with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Spears is expected to return to Los Angeles on Monday.

Spears’ next court date for her August 2007 hit-and-run accident, which occurred in front of the paparazzi’s every-ready cameras, is now scheduled for Aug. 11. Due to the fact that Spears is under the care of a conservatorship, Spears’ attorney Michael Flanagan, who has been working to try to get the charges dismissed entirely or reduced to an infraction, asked that the case be continued.

Grey’s Anatomy star Katherine Heigl pulled herself out of the list of Emmy Award contenders as part of a protest about her character’s development on the medical drama.

The actress, who won the Best Supporting Actress prize at the Emmys last year insisted she be left off the official ballot because she felt her character was awful during the most recent season of the show.

Heigl tells website GoldDerby.com: “I did not feel that I was given the material this season to warrant an Emmy nomination and (so), in an effort to maintain the integrity of the academy organisation, I withdrew my name from contention.”

Brooke Lisa Burke (born September 8, 1971) is an American television personality and model, known for hosting Wild On! (1999-2002) and Rock Star (2005-2006).

Burke was born as the first of nine children in Hartford, Connecticut to Donna and George Burke, and was raised in Tucson, Arizona. Her mother is Jewish and she considers herself Jewish; she also has Irish, French and Portuguese ancestry. She studied broadcast journalism at UCLA, but initially pursued a modeling career. She was signed to top modeling agencies, including the renowned Ford Models Agency, and subsequently appeared in prominent television commercials for Bally Fitness clubs, Coca-Cola, and Discover Card. Melyssa Savannah Ford (born November 7, 1976 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian model, actress and radio personality. She attended York University and studied in the field of forensic psychology. Ford’s father is Afro-Barbadian and her mother is Russian and Norwegian. She is often referred to as Jessica Rabbit, after the character from the animated film Who Framed Roger Rabbit whose voluptuous figure Ford is said to resemble.

In the late 1990s, music video director Little X discovered Ford while she was working as a bartender at a Toronto nightclub and helped launch her modeling career. Melissa Suzanne George (born 6 August 1976) is an Australian actress and athlete who has worked in Australia and the United States in film and television.

George was born in Perth, Western Australia, the daughter of Pamela, a nurse, and Glenn George, a construction worker. The second of four children, George developed an interest in dancing and began studying jazz, tap, ballet, and modern dance at the age of seven. Her enthusiasm for dance eventually evolved into a passion for roller skating. George was an Australian national roller skating champion and won bronze medals in the National Championships in 1989 and 1990. She also won a silver medal at the Junior World Championship in 1991.
George started modeling in her early teens and in 1992 she was named Western Australia’s Teenage Model of the Year.
