TMZ is reporting that Nick Hogan is going to court tomorrow and is going to with plead no contest or guilty to felony reckless driving. The charge was a result of Nick Hogan racing another car and then crashing his own car and leaving his passenger John Graziano in a permanent vegetative state.

There was no deal involved and basically Nick Hogan will be throwing himself on the mercy of the court. Hey, it is a stand up move, and spares the entire family months of bad publicity that would come with an attempt to fight the charges.

Obviously I hope they are doing it because it is the right thing to do and not because they figured out they had no realistic chance of winning. This also makes the civil suit filed by the Graziano family almost a done deal as well since the standard of proof is much lower in a civil case.

Nick Hogan faces up to five years in jail, but I would imagine that the judge will not give him the full amount because he is coming in and pleading, and not attempting to fight the charges.

World champion Hulk Hogans wife Linda Bollea is asking a Florida court for access to her husband’s financial records as part of their ongoing divorce battle insisting he has not provided accurate accounts of his vast fortune. Linda Bollea filed for divorce from her wrestling star husband - real name Terry Bollea - in November of last year after the breakdown of their 23-year marriage.The former couple is currently fighting it out over the division of assets, with Hogan contesting Bollea’s demand for a share of the family’s multi-million dollar Florida properties, in addition to alimony and child support. Bollea asked the court in Pinellas County, Florida last year to order Hogan to give her lawyers access to all his financial records.But papers filed on April 3rd accuse the former wrestler of not fully disclosing all of the details of his salaries from his various Television appearances and endorsement deals.Hogan and Bollea have two children together - daughter Brooke, 19, and Nick, for whom Bollea is claiming primary custody and child support.

Brooke Hogan knows how to work the presses. Even though when she is in her bikini she looks as though she is entering the wring at Wrestlemania 2008, she still turns heads. And sometimes knocks heads into turns when she is upset. Good to see that she is really handling her parents divorce well.

You know, I’ve always been a fan of Brooke Hogan.  I liked her one song that got popular, I think she’s a pretty girl and I think she has a good, fit body.  Besides the fact that she sometimes wears too much make up (hey, don’t we all do that at least once in our life) and some questionable outfits, I think she’s a pretty cool girl. BUT…

Brooke made an appearance at Florida Atlantic University where she was filming scenes for her reality show. She was apparently taking a tour of the campus to see if she wants to attend. While doing this, she wore a hideous blue sun dress with  no bra. The dress made her like 2 sizes bigger than she really is! And those nails. My God. I like fake nails on some girls–but not hot orange ones. They are soo 80’s glam rock and it’s not working for her. So, Brooke Hogan, please stop! We can’t take looking at you right now. You need to hit up The Gap and buy a cotton bra and stop by a nail salon and get those claws cut back and painted! Seriously!

Schools in Florida are not alone when they say they don’t want Brooke Hogan around. I mean I really can’t think of too many people who would want to hang out with her for five minutes, and here she wanted to hang out filming her Dad’s show on a school campus.

Apparently someone on the show thought it would be a good idea for Brooke to see people who actually are going to have to work for a living when they graduate. They therefore tried to get permission from a Florida college to let the show film there and have Brooke make it appear as if she cared about education.

She finally got in. To her fourth choice. None of her first three choices wanted anything to do with her or her show. Her fourth choice would only let her spend a few hours at the school rather than the week she wanted.

What the hell would she do for a week at a school? Was the idea to make it seem like she was actually going to school, so people would think she isn’t an idiot? It is going to take much more than some film footage of her at school to do that.

Hulk Hogan And Mystery Friend

Hulk Hogan and a female companion partied at Foxtail nightclub yesterday in West Hollywood, California. The superstar wrestler is currently going through a divorce with his wife of many years. As you can see from these pictures, The Hulk certainly loves blond woman. But the Hulkster was nice enough to sign autographs for his fans. This guy is a class act !

Pro wrestling and reality TV star Hulk Hogan was sued in Florida on Monday by the family of a man who was critically injured in the crash of a car driven by Hogan’s teenage son.

The suit filed in Pinellas County by the parents of John Graziano says Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, was responsible for the August 26 crash in Clearwater, Florida, because he knew his son liked to speed and race other drivers.

Nick Bollea, 17, has been charged with reckless driving. No trial date has been set.

Clearwater police said that Nick Bollea was racing a friend, Daniel Jacobs. Witnesses told investigators they saw the two cars speeding on wet roads before one of them hit a tree. Graziano was a passenger in Bollea’s car.

The suit also names Hogan’s wife, Linda Bollea, Nick Bollea and Jacobs as defendants. Linda Bollea has filed for divorce from her husband.

Edward and Debra Graziano did not ask for a specific amount of damages but said John, 23, may need millions of dollars to pay for medical care for the rest of his life. He remains hospitalized with head injuries.

“He never will be fully the John he was before,” George Tregos, an attorney for the parents, said at a news conference.

Hogan, his wife and son, and their daughter Brooke are in the reality TV show “Hogan Knows Best” on the VH1 network.

Brooke has a great body but everything is scaled up about 15% too large. She is the size of a man but built like a woman. I find it very unappealing. I don’t know how Brooke is going to have a show called Brooke Hogan Knows Best? What the heck does Brooke know? She has proved over and over that she is pretty brainless.

And I can’t say that I blame them. Apparently the family of passenger John Graziano believes that the Hogan klan, which consist of Linda, Nick and Brooke, are just showing up for show.

St. Petersburg Times says, That’s because the trio went to the hospital on Valentine’s Day with gifts, and images of their arrival showed up on celebrity news Web sites, the Graziano family’s attorneys said Wednesday.
“We believe that it was a total (public relations) stunt,” said attorney Kimberley Kohn.

This makes sense, it’s rational, but I would still have other reasons for not wanting them around. They are gross. I wouldn’t want a bunch of Hogan’s loitering outside my apartment complex, much less congregating outside of my hospitalized kid. Yuck. We were just talking about Linda battling narcissism yesterday, maybe a good first step would be staying away from the Hospital.

Hulk Hogan wants a child with his mistress - because he is desperate for a “wrestling successor” before he turns 60, it has been claimed.

Hogan, who cheated on Linda, his wife of 25-years, with his daughter Brooke’s best friend, 33-year-old Christiane Plant, is determined to have another child - because none of his kids wrestle.

The wrestling star’s torrid affair has torn the Hogan family apart, but sources insist that Hulk, real name Terry Bollea, is determined to extend his brood.

“Hulk is yearning for a wrestling successor,” said a source close to the WWE champion, “and he wants one before he turns 60.

“His son Nick didn’t wrestle and he wants a boy to continue his legacy.

“He said, ‘I’m not finished having kids - I want another Hulkster’.”

The bombshell revelation of Hulk’s affair, which was revealed only weeks ago, was hard for the Hogan family to deal with - because they had treated Christiane like one of their own, inviting her to their house, on trips and asking her to attend various family events. She was even like a sister to Brooke - after previously working as an assistant at her record label.

Hulk, 55, even reportedly described Christiane as his “third child,” but that didn’t stop him getting the beauty - 22 years his junior - in to bed.

Sources reveal to the National Enquirer that in May 2006, the “playful flirting” between the pair later erupted into a full-blown, steamy affair.

Christiane and Hulk’s relationship was reportedly common knowledge among some of the crew of his VH1 reality series Hogan Knows Best — but Linda, Brooke and son Nick were all in the dark.

“I’m terribly sorry for what occurred,” Christiane Plante said when questioned about her affair with the muscle-bound wrestler in February.

Speaking from her Miami Beach apartment - allegedly paid for by Hogan - Christiane last month apologized for hurting Hulk’s wife and daughter.

“It was never my intention to hurt Terry’s and Linda’s wonderful, funny, sweet, loving, beautiful and talented daughter Brooke,” she said.

“My relationship with Terry began at a time when Terry and Linda privately knew their marriage was ending. She had left him already, although no official papers had been filed.

“Terry is a good man, good father and good friend, and he and I grew close at a time when he was going through a very difficult period. It seemed right then, but I know it was wrong. “
