Meeting up for a trip to Woodland Hills and the mall, Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens were spotted out for lunch and a little last minute shopping on Christmas Eve (December 24).

Clad in a blue dress topped off by a grey sweater, Tisdale seemed to be well recovered from her recent nose surgery - joking and laughing throughout the day with 19-year-old Hudgens.

To start things off, the High School Musical co-stars grabbed a quick bite to eat at Mo’s Fine Food in Woodland Hills.

After their meal, it was off to the Westfield Mall so that the twosome could finish off their Holiday shopping lists - readying for what’s sure to be their best Christmas yet!

I know about Ashley Tisdales “deviated septum” ( WebMD ), but I don’t think she had to make herself look that much different. She was narturally hot before. Now, she’s another Hollywood Barbie doll. Too bad.

The High School Musical star says she was having trouble breathing and didn’t get the procedure done for cosmetic reasons.

“Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing,” Tisdale tells People. “The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose.”

Singer Ashley Tisdale, who underwent surgery two weeks ago for what she claims was to repair a deviated septum, debuted her post-surgery nose Friday night at the Z100 Jingle Ball concert in New York City.

But then the High School Musical star cancelled concerts over the weekend in Miami and Philadelphia.

Tisdale explained her last-minute cancellations to fans Monday night in a letter on her Web site:

I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to be at the holiday shows this weekend. I haven’t fully recovered from my surgery and had to make the difficult decision to cancel the appearances.

When my surgery was scheduled, we didn’t think it would be necessary to cancel the shows because my doctor thought I would heal in time. Unfortunately, the deviated septum was more significant than we originally thought so the healing process is taking longer.

The last thing I ever want to do is disappoint my fans. I flew out to the east coast with the dancers and crew, still hoping I would be well enough to perform.

First of all, her name is soooo irritating. Ashley Tizzzzzdale. It’s like her parents knew she was going to be the most annoying person ever, so they gave her a name to fit.

Second of all, her old nose was fine. The new nose is only going to get worse. That shit is going to drop and she’s gonna end up looking like Lil’ Kim. Homegirl went and effed herself up! Hopefully she did have a deviated septum, because if she didn’t bitch is as dumb as she looks.

High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale had a rhinoplasty procedure on Friday in Los Angeles, the actress confirms to PEOPLE exclusively. “Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing,” a bandaged Tisdale told PEOPLE on Monday from her Los Angeles home. “The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose.”The recuperating 22-year-old adds: “I’m not feeling great today. It’s uncomfortable and I hope this is the only time I ever have to go through something like this.”

“I didn’t do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose,” says Tisdale, who’s openly discussing the procedure because “I want my fans to know the truth. I’m not someone who is going to act like I had nothing done. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me.”

Tisdale is expected to fully recover by the time High School Musical 3 begins filming early next year.
