Kristin Chenoweth will no longer take to her Twitter during one of her bouts with insomnia. During a sleepless night, the actress popped an Ambien and awoke hearing that she was going to adopt a Haitian baby. And it was all due to her drugged out Tweets!

But as much as the cause means to her, it’s not something she was planning on doing this instant!

Kristin said:

“Haiti was a devastating thing to see and I was watching it one night on Ambien and then I tweeted that I was gonna adopt a baby from Haiti.”
“I’m adopted and it’s not out of the realm of possibility for me… and the next day I’m at the When In Rome premiere with my friend Kristen Bell and I’m asked, ‘When is my adoption going through?’ I mean… it wasn’t gonna happen the next day.
“You tweet people you have crushes on, and the next day, you’re like, ‘What?’ You can’t believe it.”

I hope she learned her lesson..

Say no to drugs!

The 33-year-old actress is to take over the role of Judy Benjamin, originally played by Goldie Hawn, in the reimagining of the classic 1980 comedy, which follows a spoilt woman who joins the US army following the death of her husband on their wedding night.

The original movie picked up three Oscar nominations and was one of the biggest-grossing movies of the year on its release.

New Line Cinema is behind the remake, with Amy Talkington in negotiations to script the film and Mark Gordon set to produce, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

‘Private Benjamin’ joins a number of films New Line Cinema has decided to remake, with ‘Police Academy’ and ‘Vacation’ – which originally starred Chevy Chase and John Candy – also in the pipeline.

Anna has a number of films being released in the coming months.

She recently finished shooting the role of Wendy Franklin in comedy drama ‘Young Americans’ alongside Topher Grace and Michelle Trachtenberg, and is currently recording the voice of Rachel for animated movie ‘Yogi Bear’ with Justin Timberlake and Dan Aykroyd.

The ‘Telephone’ singer has been asked to submit a track for the next instalment of the British spy moviefranchise, starring Daniel Craig.

A source told The Sun newspaper: “The Bond bosses are all huge Gaga fans. Her sound and sense of drama make her the top choice.

“Gaga has the look as well as the voice to tackle a thundering ballad. She’s a great songwriter too. This is perfect on every level.”

If Gaga is chosen to record the title track she would be following in the footsteps of her idol Madonna, who recorded the theme for 2002 007 movie ‘Die Another Day’, as well as making a cameo in the film – something Gaga is sure to be keen on.

The song ‘Die Another Day’ went on to become one of the most successful themes in the series’ history.

However, Gaga will not be the only artist in the running to lend their talents to the soundtrack for the film – which is yet to be given a title and in the meantime is being referred to as ‘Bond 23′.

Bosses usually ask several music stars to submit tracks and then decide which one is best suited.

Amy Winehouse – who was originally in the running to record the theme to the last instalment ‘Quantum of Solace’ – and crooner Michael Buble are also in the frame.

The next Bond movie is due to be directed by Sam Mendes, and is expected to be released next year.
