A report says the oldest sibling of pop group the Jonas Brothers and a former hairdresser have married at a French-style chateau in suburban New York.

People magazine reported a heavy snowstorm bore down on Saturday’s wedding between 22-year-old Kevin Jonas and 23-year-old Danielle Delesea at Oheka Castle, a 109,000-square-foot estate in Cold Spring Harbor.

The couple told People that the wedding went on as planned. About 400 relatives and friends attended.

Celebrity event planner Michael Russo created a fairy-tale forest theme that included heated white tents with 14-foot trees and crystals made to look like icicles.

Jonas’ brothers Joe and Nick served as his best men.

A message left Saturday night for a representative of Jonas was not immediately returned.

Los Angeles police have opened an investigation into circumstances surrounding the death of actress Brittany Murphy.

Police have been dispatched to Cedars-Sinai and to the Los Angeles home where Murphy, 32, went into cardiac arrest earlier today. Police sources emphasized that their inquiry was preliminary, adding they could not say whether it would point to any criminal conduct.

L.A. city firefighters responded to a call from the home in the 1800 block of Rising Glen Road. Murphy was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.

Born in Atlanta, Murphy moved to Burbank with her mother at age 13. Her film break came in the movie “Clueless” (1995), in which she starred opposite Alicia Silverstone.

Murphy has made dozens of other film appearances, including in “Girl Interrupted” (1999), “8 Mile” (2002), “The Dead Girl” (2006), and “Across the Hall” (2009). She also was featured as the voice of Luanne in the animated TV series “King of the Hill.”

Murphy specialized in playing characters who were troubled teenagers or mentally disturbed, according to a biography on industry website Internet Movie Data Base.

Murphy was married in 2007 to British screenwriter Simon Monjack, the website said.

It was reported last month that the notoriously difficult-to-deal-with star was fired from an upcoming film project in Puerto Rico and replaced with Twilight’s Rachel Lefevre, because she was too demanding because her husband was getting into fights with locals.

A Murphy spokeswoman denied thosen rumors, telling OK! Magazine that the split was mutual.

Rumors swirled over Murphy’s extreme weight loss that some suggested might be due to cocaine abuse. She denied ever using drugs, and said her worst vice was caffeine.

Actress Brittany Murphy, who starred in such films as “Just Married” and “8 Mile” but suffered waning fortunes in recent years, died on Sunday, officials said. She was 32.

Murphy was pronounced dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center near Beverly Hills after reportedly going into cardiac arrest at her home in West Hollywood.

Online gossip site TMZ said her mother, Sharon, discovered Murphy unconscious in the shower. The Los Angeles Fire Department said it responded to an emergency call about 8 a.m. PST.

Murphy starred in films opposite Michael Douglas, Ashton Kutcher, Eminem and Angelina Jolie, but failed to attain their level of success. In recent years, she worked mostly in low-budget movies, while her emaciated appearance sparked concerns about her health.

“(Today) the world lost a little piece of sunshine,” Kutcher, a former boyfriend, wrote on his Twitter page. “(S)ee you on the other side kid.”

Her publicist declined comment, saying the family wanted privacy.

Murphy was in the news earlier this month when she reportedly was fired from the Puerto Rico set of the indie thriller “The Caller.” Her publicist said the split resulted from creative differences. When Murphy and her husband of two years, British screenwriter Simon Monjack, returned to Los Angeles, he lost consciousness on the plane and was rushed to hospital.

Murphy was last in theaters with the low-budget thriller “Across the Hall,” which opened in one theater each in New York and Los Angeles two weeks ago. She recently finished work on the Sylvester Stallone action film “The Expendables.”

Murphy was born in Atlanta on November 10, 1977, and raised in New Jersey. Accompanied by her mother, she moved to Los Angeles in the early 1990s in hopes of stardom.

She made her breakthrough in the 1995 feature comedy “Clueless,” playing one of Alicia Silverstone’s girlfriends. She built on her momentum with a succession of TV roles and appeared in two films in 1999 — “Drop Dead Gorgeous” and “Girl, Interrupted,” for which Jolie received an Oscar.

Murphy worked with Douglas in the 2001 thriller “Don’t Say a Word,” and played Eminem’s love interest in the 2002 hit “8 Mile.”

The following year, she co-starred with Kutcher in the romantic comedy “Just Married,” and played Dakota Fanning’s babysitter in “Uptown Girls.” But the movies failed to generate much commercial or critical heat. Her last major role was in the 2005 comic-book adaptation “Sin City.”

Murphy enjoyed more enduring success on the small screen, providing the voice of the vacuous Texan Luanne Platter in the cartoon series “King of the Hill.” She also voiced a penguin in the 2006 box office hit “Happy Feet.”

An autopsy will be conducted as early as Monday on Brittany Murphy, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Earlier in her career, Murphy was accused of having an eating disorder, which triggered rumors of cocaine use. In 2005, Murphy denied the accusations, saying: “I have never tried it in my entire life. I’ve never even seen it…I am also way too high-strung. I can’t even take a Sudafed. Can you imagine? My God. I think my heart would explode.”

Courtney Love isn’t winning any mother-of-the-year awards anytime soon.

Just days after losing legal custody of her 17-year-old daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, Love has lashed out in a series of angry, yet incoherent posts on her Facebook page about the court order, as well against her own daughter.

“I hate to spund cold but any kid of mine who pulls this s— has lost her position,” Love wrote. “she was deceptive she lied and shes lying to herself … my daihgter is not always honest.”

On Friday, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge placed Frances under the temporary guardianship of her grandmother — Wendy O’Connor, the mother of Frances’ late father, Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain — and Cobain’s sister, Kimberly Cobain.

Although the ruling raised speculation that Love had had a drug relapse, the rocker’s lawyer insists his client has “been clean for years” and that it was Frances’ decision to live with her grandmother –- a choice that clearly has irked Love.

“Well the good news is now that frances is clearly deluded that she can buy her grandmaother a small house in la,” Love, 45, wrote in her online rant. “id love to see how that works.”

Love, who also temporarily lost custody of Frances in 2003, also gave insight into her troubled financial situation, saying her “deluded” daughter isn’t as rich as she thinks she is.

“She thinks she has all this money,” she wrote. “the point is i have all the money she has.”

In 2006, Love sold 25% of her share of Nirvana’s publishing rights for more than $50 million, MTV reported. And last year, she accused members of her management team of embezzling millions from Frances’ trust fund set up by her late father.

Despite attacking her daughter during her rant, Love bizarrely said, “dont worry frances is a wonderful kid shes gotbadd people around her and wants it both ways.”

Hart, who is a huge fan of tattoos and has designs etched all over his arms and torso, showed his commitment to his wife with the bizarre body art.

The tattoo is an image of the So What! hitmaker’s profile in a “Day of the Dead” style – with a skeletal Pink wearing a floral fedora.
It shows the pair are serious about their relationship, which faltered in 2008 when they split up. Pink and Hart reunited earlier this year.
