A man claims in a lawsuit that Rihanna isn’t being a good neighbor.
Christian Moeller on Tuesday sued the 21-year-old pop singer and Stephen Yacobian, who owns the house she rents in Los Angeles. Moeller’s lawsuit claims cars routinely park or wait on his property, including cars used by Rihanna.
Moeller also claims a security camera installed at the home in the Hollywood Hills points onto his property.
An e-mail sent to Rihanna’s publicist was not immediately returned. Yacobian says the lawsuit is “without merit” but wouldn’t comment further until he speaks to his attorney.
Moeller is seeking unspecified damages for trespass, invasion of privacy and other claims.

A spokeswoman for Lindsay Lohan says the actress has not been questioned by London police investigating jewelry that went missing after a fashion shoot there.
Lohan spokeswoman Leslie Sloane-Zelnik said Tuesday that Lohan has not been contacted by authorities but would comply in an investigation if necessary. She also noted that nearly 20 people were working at the Elle magazine photo shoot featuring the 22-year-old.
London’s Metropolitan police confirmed Tuesday that a necklace and earrings worth more than $400,000 were missing from a studio in north London in early June.
The fashion magazine said in a statement Tuesday it had no reason to believe that Lohan was in any way linked to the alleged theft. A police spokesman said no arrests have been made and would not comment on whether Lohan had been interviewed or was even related to the case in any way.
He spoke on condition of anonymity in line with police policy.

The brother of actress Mia Farrow has been found dead in his art gallery, and police said Tuesday his death is suspicious.
Sculptor Patrick Farrow, 66, was found late Monday by police responding to an emergency call from the Farrow Gallery in Castleton, a small town near the New York border. A woman there had called asking for help.
An autopsy was planned to determine the cause of Farrow’s death. Police said they wouldn’t release additional information until it was complete.
State police Lt. Timothy Oliver called Farrow’s death suspicious in a written statement Tuesday. Oliver, who didn’t respond to telephone calls on the case, told WPTZ-TV that police don’t suspect foul play, but he said there were some things out of the ordinary at the scene; he didn’t elaborate.
Farrow, a professional sculptor for more than 35 years, operated out of a converted church building. The Farrow Gallery sells jewelry and mixed-media works of art, according to its Web site. The gallery is owned and operated by Farrow and his wife, artist Susan Farrow.
Mia Farrow, whose movies include “Rosemary’s Baby,” “Hannah and Her Sisters” and “Crimes and Misdemeanors,” is the former longtime companion of director Woody Allen. Their relationship ended in scandal and New York tabloid headlines in 1992, when she found out he was having an affair with her adopted daughter Soon-Yi Previn, then 22.
Farrow is the daughter of director John Farrow and actress Maureen O’Sullivan.
David Schilling, an assistant to Mia Farrow’s manager, Laura Berwick, said late Tuesday he had just heard of Patrick Farrow’s death. He had no immediate comment on it.
Last year, a nephew of Mia Farrow and Patrick Farrow who had spent nearly 20 years in the Army was killed in Iraq.
Sgt. 1st Class Jason F. Dene, 37, died of injuries suffered in an incident in Baghdad, according to the Department of Defense, which gave no other details about his death except to say it was under investigation.
Patrick Farrow told The Associated Press after his nephew’s May 25, 2008, death he felt as though he had been “kicked in the stomach.”
“I’ve been opposed to this war since the beginning,” Farrow said then. “This lying Bush administration has gotten into this thing that has now killed my nephew. It’s up close and personal, and I am deeply angry.”

It was Jennifer Aniston’s night to shine as she received Women in Film’s prestigious Crystal Award for expanding the role of women in the entertainment industry on Friday evening.
For a change the stunning actress, who looked particularly pleasing in a form-forming Prada strapless dress, was in the spotlight for her professional life rather than her personal life.
But how does Aniston feel about being the most talked about starlet in Tinseltown?
“I’m really not bothered by it. They aren’t talking to me,” she told Tarts before the sit-down dinner, adding that she takes time “everyday” to be thankful for her life and career.
But even despite her success (at least when it comes to her “reel” life), it’s comforting to know that even the Jennifer Aniston struggles to see herself on the silver screen.
“I have to be self-critical,” she added.”I think it’s good to sort of go, ‘Well yeah don’t do that next time’ or ‘not a great choice.’ You’ve always got to keep trying things but sometimes not everything’s going to work.”
Speaking of criticism, Aniston got quite the surprise during the show when host Chelsea Handler decided to raise the issue of her ruptured romance in front of the star-studded audience.
“You also stopped expanding the visibility of John Mayer, and we all thank you for that,” Handler joked, motivating Aniston to bury her head in her hands followed by a look of embarrassed disbelief.
But all in good humor, the 40-year-old took aim at her own lousy love life while accepting the honor.
“I’m trying to be more careful than I have been in the past about the titles of movies that I choose to be in. It’s funny — I kind of noticed something a couple years ago that there seemed to be this strange parallel to the movies I was doing and my life off screen,” Aniston explained. “It started with ‘The Good Girl,’” she explained. “Then that evolved into ‘Rumor Has It,’ followed by ‘Derailed,’ and then there was ‘The Break-Up.’ And then on the lighter side was ‘Friends with Money,’ which I felt was a bit on the nose. So if any of you have a project titled ‘Everlasting Love with an Adult, Stable Male …’”

Shooting her hit show “True Blood” in the Deep South has taught star Anna Paquin to adjust to wearing very little.
In a photo shoot for Self’s July issue, Paquin, who won a Golden Globe for her portrayal as vampire lover/mind reader Sookie Stackhouse, reveals how she beats the heat: skimpy bikinis and short-shorts.
“After I was cast and I realized my body would be exposed all the time, I went out and bought some shorts — I owned none — to help me get used to it,” Paquin reveals.
Her scantily clad character has crept into her real life as well.
“You stop thinking, Do I look weird at this angle? I’ve learned to feel comfortable wearing very little. It’s liberating!” she says.
Paquin has also liberated herself of her need for footwear.
“I love being barefoot,” she confesses. “I’m not going to lie — I love my high heels, too, so I’m completely bipolar in that regard.”

Megan Fox is the latest celebrity to fall victim to having topless photos leaked to the media.
Fans of the sought-after actress have been busy trolling the Internet for the semi-nude images taken from the upcoming film “Jennifer’s Body.”
But unlike many celebrities in this similar case, the “Transformers” actress has decided to not take legal action towards the photo’s unauthorized release.
For that, fans can thank Karma.
Fox first considered taking the culprit to court, however decided against it upon further inspection of the images which show the actress wearing silicon stickers that were used to cover her private parts in the movie.
“I had booby stickers on,” Fox said. “If I’d been actually topless, I would have sued someone… I know who, and I never did anything about it. It’s her karma to deal with, not mine.”
Instead of searching the web for Fox’s semi-nude photos, fans can always wait to see the actress in action when “Jennifer’s Body” hits theaters in September.

It was an action-packed weekend for Lindsay Lohan. On Friday, she hit the AXE Lounge in Southampton with younger brother Michael, downed virgin Shirley Temples and had security guards delete photos that partygoers had taken of her. “She spent most of the time on her phone,” says a source. At the Lower East Side club The Box the following night, a spy tells Page Six, Lohan was behaving “extremely oddly and erratically.” Says our witness: “She came in at 4:30 a.m. and went to a VIP room, where she immediately climbed a stripper pole. A little later, she walked up to a tall, handsome guy and asked him a question. When he said he didn’t know the answer, she lost it and started yelling and cursing and flying around the room. She was not acting normal.” Lohan was again spotted out on Sunday, dancing and singing karaoke. Her rep could not be reached for comment.

It was awkward for Tatum O’Neal and John McEnroe — divorced 15 years — at the graduation of their daughter, Emily, from Trevor Day School on West 88th Street the other day. A spy said, “Tatum was in the balcony area for the extended family, and John was downstairs in the better seats, reserved for immediate family.” A different source said, “John and his wife, Patti [Smyth], were completely ignoring Tatum.” A rep for O’Neal had a different take: “Tatum went to say hello to relatives and returned to her assigned seat, in the immediate-family section.”
