Hayden Panettiere aka The Cheerleader is rumored to be bringing the troubles of her break up from co-star Milo Ventimiglia aka her Uncle Peter Petrelli to the Heroes set with her according to OK!

“She refuses to be on the set at the same time as him,” the pal tells OK!. “She is making it difficult for everyone involved.” (Her rep denies this).

As for Milo, “He’s not going to play any games or stoop to her level,” says the friend.

That is why they say you don’t date where you work. I guess Hayden thought she was mature enough to be dating someone 12 years older than her at 19, but when it comes to breaking up with him she is acting like a 12 year old…that is if the rumor is true.

Is Christian Bale out as Batman for the third installment of the new franchise? Well according to The Herald Sun his Terminator Salvation co-star Sam Worthington is being tipped to replace him in the third Batman prequel?

Am I the only one who hadn’t heard that Bale was considering not returning as the caped crusader or that they didn’t even want to bring him back? One exposed bad day on a set is not a reason to replace someone, especially someone as talented as Christian Bale. 

Personally I wonder if Worthington’s people leaked this story in order to get some press for their star? He is Australian and the paper that broke it is from Down Under?

Do you want see Bale back as Batman or would you like someone new in the suit like Worthington?

I loved Marc Singer in V, but others might remember the 61 year old Dallas and The BeastMaster! No matter where you know him from, he looks great for his age. Hopefully we see him the new V that is coming to ABC?

Gwen Stefani opened up to OK! about her two boys Kingston and Zuma and here is what she told them:

Gwen said: “Kingston is in that terrible twos. Gavin calsshim Sid Vicious. He’s like, ‘You gave birth to Sid Vicious.’ 

“He’s definitely got an attitude and Zuma is the opposite. He’s like this cool, laidback, easy-going guy.”

Kingston has inherited both his parents’ love of music, and already has a keen sense of the songs he wants to hear.

Gwen explained: “He likes Top 40 hits like his mum. Any song that comes on, he’ll get p***ed if you turn the station. He’ll be like, ‘That’s my song! That’s my song!’ “

When the rumors started that The CW was considering doing an updated version of Melrose Place, I thought it was too soon after bringing back 90210. Then came word that they cast Mischa Barton for the pilot, and I could deal with one annoying paparazzi darling on the show. That was until Michael Ausiello reported that they also cast new mom Ashlee Simpson to the show.

The onetime 7th Heaven star will play small-town girl Violet, a character whose disarming naiveté masks the calculating, shrewd sex kitten within. 

With the casting of both Mischa and Ashlee, I wonder if The CW really wants to pick up the show? Which I wouldn’t mind if that meant Privileged would get a second season because I would rather see that on the tube in the fall.

I wonder who else they are considering? Lindsay Lohan? Kim Kardashian? Brody Jenner? Jesse Metcalfe?

Don’t expect to see Kelly Clarkson with a baby bump any time soon.

“Oh, my God, I have no desire,” the American Idol winner, 26, tells USA Today. “I would not be a good mother.

“I mean, I love being an aunt to my niece and nephew,” she continues. “And I used to want to, like, adopt 10 kids — because I had friends who were adopted, and I thought that was the coolest thing, to be chosen. But…my job is too selfish.”

Clarkson (whose next album, All I Ever Wanted, hits stores tomorrow) is currently single — and happy about it.

“I went to see He’s Just Not That Into You the other night, and honestly, you walk away from that movie feeling so glad that you’re single,” she says.

“I went with friends who are my backup singers on the road, and have their own group, and we were like, where do we even meet people when you’re working so much?” she goes on. “I mean, we travel with a bunch of married men! And I love working; I can’t see myself not doing this.”

Although if she met the right person, she would consider saying “I Do.” (A change of heart since a 2007 Elle interview in which she proclaimed she’s “not keen on marriage.”)

“I’m not against it. If I found a guy who could handle my job, that would be cool,” she says. “But I’ve dated a couple of guys who were awesome, and the celebrity part of my life and the traveling part are hard to get around.

“You never get to see each other, especially if you’re both musicians,” adds Clarkson, who once dated singer/songwriter — and touring partner– Graham Colton.

Clarkson also tells the newspaper she hasn’t let fame change her.

“It would be easy for me to go, ‘Whatever, I’ll be a fembot.’ But I have a big fear of change, or negative change, anyway,” she says. “I’m basically the same person I was when I won Idol, or when I was 10.

“Maybe it sounds cheesy, but in a world that is not normal, my goal is to continue doing what I love and feeling good about it. That’s it.”
