This may be one rap he can’t beat.

Kanye West has been formally charged with three misdemeanors stemming from a scuffle with paparazzi at Los Angeles International Airport on Sept. 11.

West, 31, was charged with misdemeanor vandalism, battery and grand theft, the L.A. City Attorney’s office announced in a statement Wednesday. West’s road manager, Don Crawley, 33, has been charged with the same counts, but two of each.

If convicted of all charges, West could face up to two years and six months in jail and Crawley could face up to five years in jail, according to the statement.

Six months ago, the pair was arrested at the airport while attempting to catch a flight to Honolulu. Video of the incident showed both men wresting a camera away from a photographer, and both smashing parts of it into the ground. Crawley also allegedly smashed a second photographer’s camera. The incident resulted in minor injuries to one of the photographers, prosecutors say.

“I’m cool with the paparazzi,” the rapper wrote on his blog the following day. “This guy wasn’t cool. I gotta work now … I’ll rant later!”

On Nov. 14, West was arrested in Newcastle, England, after another run-in with a photographer, but West was released without charge.

West’s lawyer, Blair Berk, wasn’t immediately available for comment. A rep for Kanye West could not be reached. An arraignment is set for April 14.

Natasha Richardson has succumbed to a brain injury that she suffered on Monday in a freak skiing accident at the age of just 45. 

Since the story broke, the daughter of Vanessa Redgrave, sister of Joely Richardson and wife of Liam Neeson, went from a known talent to the household name she should have been. In the last few days we got to know her and the love she and her husband had for one another. 

You can tell in the pictures that even though Liam and her had been married for 14 years that they were still so much in love. The pictures of their love are just so beautiful, that it breaks my heart what he will be going through and what their sons will be going through.

Liam and her family released this statement:

“Liam Neeson, his sons, and the entire family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Natasha. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time.”  

Hopefully their privacy will be respected. My prayers go out to her family.

“I know it sounds really juvenile, but in a way you start to feel like a child, and you rebel. I rebelled by cutting off my hair.”

But the drastic image makeover wasn’t as irresponsible as it sounds - Adams made sure her haircut was OK with the director of her new movie Leap Year: “I just had to tell Anand Tucker that I did it.”

To be honest when I read this story yesterday, I thought her was going to be a lot shorter than it is. But either way I think she looks great with shorter hair or longer locks.

Pete Doherty’s cat haunted him from beyond the watery grave he put the cat in according to NME.

“The cat got run over so I thought I’d give it a burial at sea - well, the pond,” he said. “But it didn’t sink, it floated and then froze over. So there was this dead cat under the ice looking up at me. It was terrible”

I am not sure if the cat that died was the one that he is rumored to have made smoke crack, but either way I think that it is justice that he late cat haunted him from the grave. Seriously why would you bury a cat in a pond? It is another Pete Doherty mystery, you know like the other big one…how is he still alive with the drugs he has done?
