Gwen Stefani is releasing not one, but five fragrances in a collection based on her Harajuku Girls backup dancers.

The “Sweet Escape” singer, together with Coty fragrances, will create scents based on herself and her four backups, Love, Angel, Music, and Baby, which will represent every girl’s personality.

Stefani, 38, admits she didn’t expect five fragrances are possible. She says, “I didn’t think this project would actually come to life. The idea that Coty would let me do five different fragrances for Harajuku Lovers was a fantasy.”

“But it really had to be five, because that’s what the world is. Each girl has her own personality and sense of style. We’re all saying something different with unique personalities.”

The L.A.M.B. designer had to tailor the scents with each of the Harajuku Lovers’ personality and traits for the branding.

Aside from her apparel and accessories line, Stefani would also like to expand her brand into a beauty line someday.

She tells WWD, “I would love to have a full L.A.M.B. beauty line one day. It makes sense. I’ve always loved doing my hair and makeup and getting all dressed up. When I have a party or an event to go to, getting ready is just as much fun as actually going out.”

The former No Doubt singer is currently pregnant with her second child with rocker husband Gavin Rossdale.
