Finally Britney wants break free from herbritney-spears-picture-1.jpg parents, and her step for independence involves challenging her parents in court over the restraining order in Sam Lufti’s case. The pop wreck will be the major witness at the court opposing her parent’s accusation on Sam Lufti for drugging her. Britney’s former manager Sam Lufti is seeking for removal of the restraining order imposed by the court, which demands him to be keeping 250 yards away from the troubled pop star.

Lufti said to a close associate, “I am going to call Britney to the stand so she can tell the world how I was helping her. I am innocent. I am Britney’s friend and would never hurt her.”

Meanwhile Sam Lufti’s spokesperson Michael Sands also claims that Lufti is innocent, he said, “Sam is a good guy who does not agree with this restraining order. He will fight it all the way.”

Phew what a drugging case!!
