Rock icon Gene Simmons is taking legal action after a video allegedly showing him having sex with a model was posted on a porn Internet site. The Kiss singer, who has been dating his long-term partner model Shannon Tweed for around 20 years, reportedly made the tape while carrying out promotional duties as a spokesman for Frank’s Energy Drink. The film, showing a man who appears to be Simmons, has been posted on AVN.com, which is selling the nasty footage as a download. Simmons is so mad, he’s consulted his lawyers about taking action over the scandal. He writes on his Web site, “Rest assured the proper legal team is looking at all ramifications and options.”

Editors Note: As I have had several legal battles with celebrities over the years, Gene Simmons is the last person I would ever go up against. This guy is a powerhouse and he never loses. On another note, he is also a nice guy. Having met him for lunch a couple of years ago with covergirl Cindy Guyer, you are not going to find a smarter and nicer celebrity than Gene Simmons. I think this Internet company should pull the tape as soon as possible. And don’t forget to watch Gene’s A&E show. It’s a blast !
