Larry Birkhead the father of Anna Nicole’s daughter Dannielynn, is once again threatening that he will sue over a book about the late television personality and model, the New York Daily News has reported. The book, Anna Nicole Smith: The Portrait of an Icon is written by Smith’s dress designer Pol’ Atteu and his partner Patrik Simpson and will be published this week by Corona Books. Birkhead said the book is inaccurate in several of its stories about him, specifically in its assertions that Birkhead is bisexual, according to the Daily News. According to Ben Widdicombe, the New York Daily News ever present gossip writer, The most damaging for Birkhead could be the couple’s account of meeting him at Camp Kindle, a retreat for HIV-positive youth. “After our first meeting with Larry Birkhead he gave us the impression he was ‘family,’ displaying some unusual behavior by hitting on Pol’ and myself,” alleges Simpson. The book also claims that Birkhead’s “secret rendezvous there included spending quite a bit of time with a particular young and handsome male counselor.” “They are absolutely crazy, their stories are false, and they will be sued,” Birkhead told the Daily News.
