Paparazzi who tailed Lindsay Lohan at the Italian film Festival were richly rewarded. They reported that Lindsay chalked up the grand total of THREE men within 24 hours. They made the parade for the Lindsay Lohan Italian Men Pageant. Hereâ€™s the skinny list:

Alessandro Di Nunzio, Italian waiter. Lindsay was seen exchanging telephone numbers with him.
Eduardo Costa, Italian actor. Lindsay devoted her attention to the older actor and before long, they were seen kissing. Eduardo looked pleased.
